Acum conduce divizia Agroland Food.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>START CU IMPACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ai dat-o \u00een bar\u0103? Perfect. Poveste\u015fte-ne.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nDa, am dat-o \u00een bar\u0103 \u015fi cred c\u0103 e absolut normal. Pentru mine, cele dou\u0103 roluri sunt complementare. Antreprenorul aduce viziune, curaj, pasiune pentru inova\u0163ie \u015fi disponibilitatea de a-\u015fi asuma riscuri. CEO-ul vine cu structur\u0103, disciplin\u0103, strategie \u015fi capacitatea de a transforma ideile \u00een realitate, pas cu pas.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ce experien\u0163\u0103 \u0163i-a schimbat perspectiva profesional\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nTranzi\u0163ia c\u0103tre industria agroalimentar\u0103, unde am intrat f\u0103r\u0103 experien\u0163\u0103 direct\u0103 \u00een produc\u0163ie \u015fi procesare. Am fost nevoit s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163 rapid, s\u0103 m\u0103 implic \u00een fiecare etap\u0103 opera\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleg realit\u0103\u0163ile unui domeniu practic, cu provoc\u0103ri total diferite fa\u0163\u0103 de zona din care veneam. A fost o lec\u0163ie esen\u0163ial\u0103 de adaptare \u015fi leadership aplicat.
