Programul de leadership a fost construit pe baza experien\u0163ei de 25 de ani a funda\u0163iei, care reune\u015fte mo\u015ftenirea programelor Leaders \u015fi este adaptat realit\u0103\u0163ii de ast\u0103zi. \u201eNe-am dorit s\u0103 construim un program de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are \u00een care participan\u0163ii s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e c\u00e2t se poate de mult din situa\u0163ii reale, contexte practice, o doz\u0103 puternic\u0103 (\u015fi, totu\u015fi, rapid\u0103 \u2013 perioada de desf\u0103\u015furare fiind de 7 zile) de experien\u0163\u0103, pentru acei tineri extraordinari, care au deja poten\u0163ial de leadership demonstrat prin activit\u0103\u0163ile \u00een care sunt implica\u0163i \u2013 fie ini\u0163iative personale, voluntariat, pasiona\u0163i de domeniul \u00een care activeaz\u0103 \u015fi lucreaz\u0103 pentru a-l duce la urm\u0103torul nivel. Astfel ei au prilejul s\u0103-\u015fi testeze limitele, s\u0103 capete \u00eencredere \u00een puterea lor de a contribui la un proiect \u00een echip\u0103, s\u0103 aib\u0103 contexte \u00een care s\u0103 antreneze real competen\u0163e de leadership \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi valideze punctele forte \u015fi viziunea, s\u0103 capete curaj pentru a-\u015fi atinge scopul. Aceast\u0103 nevoie a tinerilor a fost identificat\u0103 prin discu\u0163iile avute cu absolven\u0163ii celorlalte programe Leaders\u201d, explic\u0103\u202fM\u0103d\u0103lina Trifu, coordonator PR &#038; comunicare la HILS Development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>DESCRIEREA PROIECTULUI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nPublicul-\u0163int\u0103 al proiectului este reprezentat de tineri cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 20 \u015fi 25 de ani, din toat\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia, care au deja poten\u0163ial de leadership demonstrat prin activit\u0103\u0163ile \u00een care sunt implica\u0163i, care vor s\u0103 aduc\u0103 progres \u00een comunitate sau \u00een domeniul \u00een care activeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nHILS Development a sus\u0163inut tineri din domeniul construc\u0163iilor \u015fi inginerie civil\u0103, bugetul alocat fiind de 2.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\nProgramul dureaz\u0103 7 zile, iar organizarea sa de c\u0103tre echipa Leaders dureaz\u0103 1 an \u2013 de la adaptarea con\u0163inutului, p\u00e2n\u0103 la recrutarea \u015fi selec\u0163ia participan\u0163ilor. Prin parteneriatul cu HILS Development au fost sus\u0163inu\u0163i doi tineri din domeniul construc\u0163iilor, respectiv inginerie civil\u0103, pentru a lua parte \u00een experien\u0163a The Leadership School.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>REZULTATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nA doua edi\u0163ie, din 2025, a avut 26 de participan\u0163i selecta\u0163i din 100 de \u00eenscrieri, doi dintre ace\u015ftia fiind sus\u0163inu\u0163i de c\u0103tre HILS. \u201e\u00cen urma programului, cei doi tineri sus\u0163inu\u0163i \u015fi-au antrenat competen\u0163ele de leadership precum: influen\u0163\u0103, luarea deciziilor, leadership personal, ini\u0163iativ\u0103,&nbsp; managementul resurselor, gestionarea situa\u0163iilor de criz\u0103, g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103, g\u00e2ndire \u00een context, rezilien\u0163\u0103 psihologic\u0103, lucru \u00een echip\u0103. \u00cen cadrul proiectului,<br \/>\n\u015fi-au validat punctele forte \u015fi propriul stil de leadership, contribuind la ini\u0163iativele pe care deja le au \u00een curs\u201d, afirm\u0103\u202fM\u0103d\u0103lina Trifu.<\/p>\n<p>\nStructura programului presupune implicarea participan\u0163ilor de a lucra \u00een echip\u0103 \u00een contexte reale, iar astfel beneficiarii indirec\u0163i ai acestei edi\u0163ii sunt peste<br \/>\n100 de persoane, locuitorii comunit\u0103\u0163ii Peti\u015f, un sat aproape izolat din Sibiu unde mai sunt aproximativ<br \/>\n50 de locuitori. Aici, au fost renovate dou\u0103 case, au fost luate interviuri s\u0103tenilor cu povestea lor \u015fi s-a oferit o cin\u0103 oamenilor din comunitate.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen plus, \u00een loca\u0163ia \u201eAfine de cultur\u0103\u201d, participan\u0163ii au creat o aplica\u0163ie interactiv\u0103 pentru copiii ce viziteaz\u0103 o planta\u0163ie aflat\u0103 \u00een apropierea Sibiului, prin care vizitatorii pot afla mai multe despre afine, odul de cultivare \u015fi beneficiile acestora; aceast\u0103 aplica\u0163ie a r\u0103mas \u00een posesia proprietarilor. \u201e\u00cen timpul programului, circa 60 de copii \u015fi familiile lor au accesat pentru prima dat\u0103 aplica\u0163ia. De asemenea, beneficiarii indirec\u0163i ai acestui program sunt echipele care au f\u0103cut parte din ini\u0163iativele personale \u015fi comunit\u0103\u0163ile \u00een care activeaz\u0103 deja tinerii participan\u0163i, ei av\u00e2nd oportunitatea de a aplia ceea ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at imediat dup\u0103 terminarea programului\u201d, puncteaz\u0103 M\u0103d\u0103lina Trifu.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru viitor, planul pentru programul THE Leadership School este de a fi extins \u015fi pe plan interna\u0163ional, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t mai mul\u0163i tineri afla\u0163i la \u00eenceput de drum s\u0103 poat\u0103 beneficia de experien\u0163a necesar\u0103, at\u00e2t de util\u0103, la \u00eenceputul unei cariere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<strong><em>\u201e\u00centr-un ora\u015f aflat \u00een schimbare, avem nevoie de lideri preg\u0103ti\u0163i s\u0103 ia decizii responsabile, care pun oamenii \u00een centrul dezvolt\u0103rii urbane.
