Platforma de la \u015eimian, opera\u0163ionalizat\u0103 \u00een S1 2025, produce \u015fi ambaleaz\u0103 semin\u0163e de cereale certificate pentru p\u0103ioase, precum \u015fi alte tipuri de semin\u0163e, destinate at\u00e2t re\u0163elei de magazine Agroland din grup, c\u00e2t \u015fi altor clien\u0163i din portofoliu.<\/p>\n<p>\nStrategia Agroland Vision 2030 este structurat\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 faze: expansiune accelerat\u0103 (2026-2028) \u015fi consolidare \u015fi integrare (2029-2030).&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00cen prima faz\u0103, compania va investi peste 150 mil. lei pentru extinderea capacit\u0103\u0163ilor de produc\u0163ie, dezvoltarea re\u0163elei de retail \u015fi dublarea volumelor din agribusiness. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2028, Divizia Food va dep\u0103\u015fi 250 mil. lei cifr\u0103 de afaceri \u015fi o marj\u0103 EBITDA de 20%. Divizia Retail va cre\u015fte cu 15-20 de magazine anual, p\u00e2n\u0103 la peste 300 \u00een 2028. Investi\u0163iile vor atinge 8-10 mil. lei, pentru o cifr\u0103 de afaceri estimat\u0103 de 400 mil. lei \u015fi o marj\u0103 EBITDA de 10%. \u00cen paralel, Divizia Agribusiness \u00ee\u015fi va dubla produc\u0163ia de furaje &nbsp;conven\u0163ionale (la I\u015falni\u0163a \u015fi \u015eimian MH) \u015fi BIO (la Caransebe\u015f), cu obiectiv de 70.000 tone\/an \u015fi va dezvolta petfood p\u00e2n\u0103 la 15.000 tone\/an, lans\u00e2nd \u015fi o linie proprie de substan\u0163e fitosanitare la \u015eimian. Cu investi\u0163ii de 10 mil. lei, divizia vizeaz\u0103 250 mil. lei cifr\u0103 de afaceri \u015fi EBITDA de 7%.<\/p>\n<p>\nInvesti\u0163iile vor fi finan\u0163ate printr-un mix echilibrat: credite bancare (inclusiv proiectul de 20 mil. euro finan\u0163at de Raiffeisen Bank \u015fi garantat de BEI), granturi europene, surse proprii \u015fi major\u0103ri de capital efectuate doar la evalu\u0103ri corecte. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2028, Grupul estimeaz\u0103 o cifr\u0103 de afaceri consolidat\u0103 de 750 mil. lei \u015fi o marj\u0103 EBITDA de 12%.<\/p>\n<p>\nFaza a doua, 2029-2030, va aduce consolidare, integrare \u015fi extindere extern\u0103. Divizia Food va ajunge la 350 mil. lei cifr\u0103 de afaceri, cu o marj\u0103 EBITDA de 18%.
