Din cele mai recente discu\u0163ii pe care le-am avut cu oameni de HR din Rom\u00e2nia, nici pentru companiile de aici conceptul de work-life integration nu este str\u0103in. Miza nu mai este separarea dintre via\u0163a personal\u0103 \u015fi cea profesional\u0103, ci tocmai amestecul lor inteligent. Munca \u015fi via\u0163a personal\u0103 coexist\u0103, se influen\u0163eaz\u0103 reciproc \u015fi, \u00een loc s\u0103 fie \u00een competi\u0163ie, pot deveni complementare. Spre deosebire de work-life balance, care presupunea o linie de demarca\u0163ie clar\u0103 \u2013 \u201eacum muncesc, acum tr\u0103iesc\u201d \u2013, integrarea presupune fluiditate: lucrezi de acas\u0103, iei o pauz\u0103 s\u0103-\u0163i duci copilul la \u015fcoal\u0103, te conectezi la un call din ma\u015fin\u0103, apoi te \u00eentorci la treab\u0103 seara, c\u00e2nd e lini\u015fte. \u00cen spatele acestei flexibilit\u0103\u0163i se ascunde o filosofie nou\u0103 despre munc\u0103: nu conteaz\u0103 unde e\u015fti, ci ce rezultate aduci. Companiile care au \u00een\u0163eles asta \u00ee\u015fi redeseneaz\u0103 politicile interne \u015fi ofer\u0103 programe flexibile, personalizate, sus\u0163in s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103 \u015fi, mai ales, \u00eencep s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 o cultur\u0103 a \u00eencrederii. C\u0103ci flexibilitatea f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eencredere nu exist\u0103. Dincolo de beneficiile evidente \u2013 productivitate crescut\u0103, satisfac\u0163ie mai mare, reten\u0163ie mai bun\u0103 \u2013 work-life integration schimb\u0103 \u015fi dinamica leadershipului. Liderii care \u00ee\u015fi asum\u0103 aceast\u0103 abordare nu mai sunt gardienii timpului, ci creeaz\u0103 loc pentru autonomie. Dar, ca orice concept care sun\u0103 prea bine, \u015fi work-life integration are reversul s\u0103u. \u00cen teorie, integrarea promite libertate. \u00cen practic\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, pentru mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i s-a transformat \u00eentr-o form\u0103 rafinat\u0103 de captivitate: dac\u0103 via\u0163a \u015fi munca se \u00eempletesc complet, mai exist\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat timp \u201eliber\u201d? Un raport recent arat\u0103 c\u0103 aproape jum\u0103tate dintre angaja\u0163i se simt epuiza\u0163i \u015fi \u201emereu conecta\u0163i\u201d. Pentru c\u0103, odat\u0103 ce telefonul de serviciu este \u015fi telefonul personal, iar laptopul de acas\u0103 e acela\u015fi cu cel de birou, linia de demarca\u0163ie dispare. \u201eLucrez de oriunde\u201d devine adesea \u201elucrez oric\u00e2nd\u201d. Aceast\u0103 disponibilitate permanent\u0103 produce o form\u0103 nou\u0103 de anxietate, legat\u0103 de teama de a nu r\u0103spunde la timp, de a p\u0103rea dezinteresat, de a nu sc\u0103dea \u00een ochii managerului. Un alt risc \u0163ine de iluzia eficien\u0163ei. Dac\u0103 po\u0163i face totul deodat\u0103 \u2013 o \u015fedin\u0163\u0103 pe mute, o ma\u015fin\u0103 de sp\u0103lat, un raport \u00eentre dou\u0103 apeluri video \u2013 ai impresia c\u0103 e\u015fti mai productiv. \u00cen realitate, creierul nu func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 pe multitasking autentic, iar fragmentarea constant\u0103 duce la oboseal\u0103 mintal\u0103 \u015fi performan\u0163\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103. Apoi, apare problema vizibilit\u0103\u0163ii. \u00centr-un sistem integrat, \u00een care unii angaja\u0163i lucreaz\u0103 din birou, al\u0163ii de acas\u0103 \u015fi al\u0163ii de pe drum, evaluarea performan\u0163ei devine mai subiectiv\u0103 ca oric\u00e2nd. Cine este mai prezent? Cine pare mai implicat? Cine r\u0103spunde primul pe chat? \u00cen absen\u0163a unor criterii clare, \u201eintegrarea\u201d risc\u0103 s\u0103 creeze discrepan\u0163e de percep\u0163ie \u015fi frustr\u0103ri. Pe termen lung, work-life integration poate amplifica tocmai ceea ce promite s\u0103 vindece: burnoutul. Poate c\u0103 solu\u0163ia nu este s\u0103 alegem \u00eentre balance \u015fi integration, ci s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m s\u0103 fim disciplina\u0163i, \u00een limitele propriilor vie\u0163i.&nbsp; Un sistem s\u0103n\u0103tos de munc\u0103 \u00een 2025 nu ar trebui s\u0103 impun\u0103 acelea\u015fi reguli pentru to\u0163i, ci s\u0103 le ofere oamenilor libertatea de a-\u015fi desena propriul ritm. Pentru unii, asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 o zi comprimat\u0103 \u00eentre 7:00 \u015fi 15:00. Pentru al\u0163ii, c\u00e2teva ore seara, dup\u0103 ce copiii dorm.
