Ceilalti actionari sunt <STRONG><EM>salariatii BCR<\/EM><\/STRONG>, cu 8% din titluri, <STRONG><EM>SIF Oltenia<\/EM><\/STRONG> &#8211; 6,11%, <STRONG><EM>SIF Banat-Crisana<\/EM><\/STRONG> &#8211; 6%, <STRONG><EM>SIF Transilvania<\/EM><\/STRONG> &#8211; 6%, <STRONG><EM>SIF Moldova<\/EM><\/STRONG> &#8211; 6% si <STRONG><EM>SIF Muntenia<\/EM><\/STRONG> &#8211; 6%. <\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P align=justify><STRONG>PROFIT BRUT:<\/STRONG> 8.521 miliarde de lei in 2004 (cu 32% mai mult decat in 2003, conform standardelor romanesti de contabilitate). <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>PROFITUL NET:<\/STRONG> 6.428 miliarde de lei, (162 milioane echivalent euro), in crestere cu peste 20% in termeni reali fata de 2003.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>RETEA:<\/STRONG> 317 sucursale si agentii.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>COTA DE PIATA: <\/STRONG>In functie de active, BCR detine 26% cota de piata.
