A\u015fa ni s-a spus mereu: \u201eMunce\u015fte, dovede\u015fte-te \u015fi vei fi r\u0103spl\u0103tit.\u201d Dar ce faci atunci c\u00e2nd, \u00een loc de prima m\u0103rire, prime\u015fti de fapt o mic\u015forare de salariu?<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru unii, \u00eenceputul carierei nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 o evolu\u0163ie fireasc\u0103 \u015fi constant\u0103, ci o confruntare brusc\u0103 cu o realitate incomod\u0103. Nu este vorba doar de am\u00e2narea mult a\u015fteptatei promov\u0103ri sau o cre\u015ftere salarial\u0103 de doar 3%, ci de ceva mai drastic &#8211; o reducere a salariului (\u015fi a\u015fa mic sau la limita decentului \u00een opinia genera\u0163iei Z).<\/p>\n<p>\nPe paginile de social media ale Ziarului Financiar, am f\u0103cut un sondaj dedicat Genera\u0163iei Z, \u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-i pe tineri dac\u0103 s-au confruntat cu o reducere salarial\u0103 \u015fi cum au reac\u0163ionat dac\u0103 a fost cazul. Cifrele vorbesc de la sine: 47% au avut deja o t\u0103iere de salariu, iar aproximativ 15% dintre responden\u0163i au decis s\u0103 plece imediat, refuz\u00e2nd s\u0103 accepte situa\u0163ia. Al\u0163i 21% au r\u0103mas, dar au admis c\u0103 \u015fi-au pierdut motiva\u0163ia. 11% au acceptat, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 schimbe jobul sau s\u0103 cear\u0103 explica\u0163ii. Motiva\u0163ia? Probabil \u015fi aici s-a pierdut prin flutura\u015ful de salariu.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru jum\u0103tate dintre tineri, de\u015fi recent intra\u0163i pe pia\u0163a muncii, experien\u0163a reducerii salariale este deja o realitate. Continui s\u0103 \u00ee\u0163i legi cariera de un angajator care \u00ee\u0163i scade veniturile sau cau\u0163i rapid o alternativ\u0103 mai bun\u0103? Conform sondajului, r\u0103spunsurile sunt \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163ite: o parte dintre tineri (15%) aleg s\u0103 plece imediat, c\u0103ut\u00e2nd rapid o alternativ\u0103. Al\u0163ii (21%) r\u0103m\u00e2n, dar \u00ee\u015fi pierd motiva\u0163ia, iar 11% accept\u0103 \u00een t\u0103cere, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi schimbe jobul. Restul de 53% nu au trecut \u00eenc\u0103 printr-o astfel de situa\u0163ie, dar contextul economic arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u015fi pentru ei aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare ar putea deveni, mai devreme sau mai t\u00e2rziu, extrem de actual\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nInfla\u0163ia a erodat puterea de cump\u0103rare &#8211; pre\u0163urile la chirii, utilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi alimente cresc constant, iar tinerii resimt direct presiunea costului tot mai ridicat al vie\u0163ii. \u00centr-un astfel de climat, o reducere de salariu nu e doar o problem\u0103 profesional\u0103, ci devine o povar\u0103 personal\u0103, cu efecte imediate asupra stabilit\u0103\u0163ii financiare. Unde mai sunt banii de vacan\u0163e, hobby-uri sau ie\u015firi la cafea?<\/p>\n<p>\nGenera\u0163ia Z prive\u015fte \u00eens\u0103 altfel aceste provoc\u0103ri. Dac\u0103 p\u0103rin\u0163ii \u015fi bunicii no\u015ftri erau obi\u015fnui\u0163i s\u0103 accepte compromisuri de dragul stabilit\u0103\u0163ii, pentru tinerii de acum pragul de toleran\u0163\u0103 este mult mai sc\u0103zut. Gen Z nu este o genera\u0163ie care s\u0103 accepte \u201emerge \u015fi-a\u015fa\u201d. \u00cen momentul \u00een care simt c\u0103 nu sunt respecta\u0163i sau aprecia\u0163i, reac\u0163ia lor este rapid\u0103 \u015fi tran\u015fant\u0103: \u201e\u00cemi reduci salariul? Atunci \u00ee\u0163i reduc \u015fi eu loialitatea.\u201d Pentru c\u0103 de\u015fi 32% au r\u0103mas la acela\u015f job, motiva\u0163ia \u015fi interesul fa\u0163\u0103 de rolul lor \u00een companie a sc\u0103zut.<\/p>\n<p>\nUn studiu anterior al Romania Journal arat\u0103 c\u0103, de\u015fi Genera\u0163ia Z este cea mai optimist\u0103 din punct de vedere financiar (aproximativ 47\u202f%), este totodat\u0103 \u015fi cea mai vulnerabil\u0103 economic \u2014 peste 63\u202f% dintre ei nu reu\u015fesc s\u0103 economiseasc\u0103. Mai mult, dac\u0103 \u015fi-ar pierde venitul, 6 din 10 nu cred c\u0103 ar putea rezista mai mult de trei luni cu economiile actuale. De aceea realitatea r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eens\u0103 dur\u0103: nu to\u0163i \u00ee\u015fi permit luxul de a pleca imediat av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere cre\u015fterile de TVA, care se v\u0103d deja \u00een costul de trai, \u015fi situa\u0163ia de pe pia\u0163a muncii (angaj\u0103rile sunt \u00een mare parte \u00eenghe\u0163ate).
