El consider\u0103 c\u0103 misiunea sa este s\u0103 transforme provoc\u0103rile tehnologice \u00een oportunit\u0103\u0163i concrete de business pentru partenerii firmei.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>START CU IMPACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ai dat-o \u00een bar\u0103? Perfect. Poveste\u015fte-ne.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nUna dintre cele mai importante gre\u015feli din cariera mea a fost s\u0103 pun, la \u00eenceput, accentul pe ceea ce aveam eu de v\u00e2ndut, nu pe ceea ce avea nevoie clientul. \u00cen dorin\u0163a de a livra rezultate rapide \u015fi de a promova produsele din portofoliul nostru, am neglijat uneori analiza profund\u0103 a nevoii reale.<\/p>\n<p>\nLec\u0163ia pe care n-o voi uita niciodat\u0103: adev\u0103rata v\u00e2nzare \u00eencepe cu ascultarea. Azi, nu mai vorbesc despre produse, ci despre solu\u0163ii adaptate. Iar aceast\u0103 schimbare de perspectiv\u0103 a f\u0103cut diferen\u0163a \u00eentre un simplu furnizor \u015fi un partener de \u00eencredere.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Gre\u015feal\u0103 vs. e\u015fec: unde tragi linia?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nPentru mine, gre\u015feala este un act izolat, o decizie sau o ac\u0163iune care s-a dovedit nepotrivit\u0103 \u00eentr-un anumit context. Cred \u00eentr-un lider care este al\u0103turi de echip\u0103, nu deasupra ei. \u00cen loc s\u0103 dau doar directive, prefer s\u0103 creez un mediu \u00een care fiecare membru al echipei simte c\u0103 poate contribui, e liber s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi exprime ideile \u015fi \u00ee\u015fi asum\u0103 responsabilitatea pentru succesul colectiv. \u00cen viziunea mea, un lider bun este cel care inspir\u0103 \u015fi sus\u0163ine cre\u015fterea echipei, dar \u015ftie s\u0103 ofere \u015fi direc\u0163ia corect\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd este nevoie.<\/p>\n<p>\nUn alt principiu important pentru mine este \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area continu\u0103. \u00cemi \u00eencurajez echipa s\u0103 experimenteze, s\u0103 gre\u015feasc\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e din gre\u015feli.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ce experien\u0163\u0103 \u0163i-a schimbat perspectiva profesional\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nUn moment care mi-a schimbat profund perspectiva profesional\u0103 a fost c\u00e2nd am participat la un proiect complex, cu miz\u0103 mare, \u00een care lucrurile nu au mers deloc conform planului. A fost acel punct \u00een care am \u00een\u0163eles, cu adev\u0103rat, c\u0103 leadershipul nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar a lua decizii bune, ci a construi pun\u0163i \u00eentre oameni, a aduce claritate \u015fi a cultiva \u00eencredere.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>ECHILIBRU &amp; INSPIRA\u0162IE<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Job \u0102 via\u0163\u0103 personal\u0103 \u00e2 echilibru?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nPentru mine, linia dintre via\u0163a profesional\u0103 \u015fi cea personal\u0103 este, uneori, foarte sub\u0163ire \u2014 \u015fi nu \u00een sens negativ. Echilibrul nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 separare strict\u0103, ci armonie \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 roluri. Iar c\u00e2nd reu\u015fe\u015fti s\u0103 fii autentic \u00een ambele, ele se pot sus\u0163ine reciproc, nu se exclud.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ce faci c\u00e2nd nu lucrezi?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n\u00cencerc s\u0103 profit la maximum de timpul petrecut cu familia. Sunt tat\u0103l unui b\u0103ie\u0163el de un an \u015fi jum\u0103tate, iar momentele al\u0103turi de el sunt, f\u0103r\u0103 exagerare, cele mai frumoase \u015fi pline de sens din via\u0163a mea.
