Pentru mine, trei abilit\u0103\u0163i esen\u0163iale au fost: responsabilitatea \u2013 adic\u0103 asumarea real\u0103 a rolului; adaptabilitatea \u2013 capacitatea de a func\u0163iona bine \u00eentr-un mediu \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare; \u015fi g\u00e2ndirea strategic\u0103 \u2013 orientarea spre solu\u0163ii \u015fi rezultate sustenabile. \u00cen pozi\u0163ii de leadership, inteligen\u0163a emo\u0163ional\u0103 devine un atu-cheie: empatia, ascultarea activ\u0103 \u015fi capacitatea de a sus\u0163ine echipa sunt esen\u0163iale. Iar peste toate, o comunicare clar\u0103 \u015fi deciziile asumate fac diferen\u0163a \u00eentre simpla conducere \u015fi un leadership autentic.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ce curs sau experien\u0163\u0103 \u0163i-a schimbat perspectiva profesional\u0103?&nbsp;Un moment care \u0163i-a dat direc\u0163ie.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nTranzi\u0163ia c\u0103tre rolul de Director de magazin a fost momentul care mi-a redefinit perspectiva profesional\u0103. Nu e \u00eentotdeauna simplu, dar cred cu t\u0103rie c\u0103 un lider bun \u00ee\u015fi gestioneaz\u0103 bine nu doar echipa, ci \u015fi propriile resurse \u2013 inclusiv energia, timpul \u015fi aten\u0163ia. Iar c\u00e2nd tu func\u0163ionezi echilibrat, asta se vede \u015fi \u00een felul \u00een care r\u0103spunde \u00eentreaga echip\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em>Ce faci c\u00e2nd nu lucrezi?&nbsp;Un hobby, o pasiune, o recomandare de carte?<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\nC\u00e2nd nu lucrez, \u00eemi place s\u0103 m\u0103 bucur de lucrurile simple care \u00eemi dau energie: g\u0103tesc, urm\u0103resc meciuri de fotbal \u015fi, mai nou, \u00eemi explorez latura creativ\u0103 al\u0103turi de fiica mea \u2013 o activitate care m\u0103 relaxeaz\u0103 \u015fi m\u0103 reconecteaz\u0103. C\u00e2nd am timp s\u0103 citesc, revin mereu la Simon Sinek.
