Un capitol dintr-o strategie na\u0163ional\u0103 uitat\u0103<br \/>\nprintr-un sertar de minister. \u015ei totu\u015fi, exact acum trebuie s\u0103 \u00eencepem reconstruc\u0163ia. Pentru c\u0103 \u201ea\u015ftept\u0103m s\u0103 treac\u0103 furtuna\u201d nu este o strategie, este o am\u00e2nare a inevitabilului. Una dintre cele mai p\u0103guboase nara\u0163iuni din spa\u0163iul public rom\u00e2nesc este c\u0103 nu po\u0163i construi \u00een timp ce gestionezi urgen\u0163e.
