De fapt, mul\u0163i o respingem categoric. \u015ei nu, nu e doar despre \u201eflexibilitate\u201d \u015fi \u201ework from anywhere\u201d. E mai mult de at\u00e2t &#8211; \u0163ine de valori, traume colective, tehnologie \u015fi, poate, o redefinire radical\u0103 a muncii.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru o mare parte din genera\u0163ia mea, intrarea \u00een pia\u0163a muncii a coincis cu pandemia. Interviuri pe Zoom, onboarding prin e-mail \u015fi colegi pe care i-am cunoscut mai \u00eent\u00e2i printr-un ecran. A fost o experien\u0163\u0103 formativ\u0103, dar \u015fi una alienant\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru noi, \u201enormalul\u201d nu a fost biroul cu open space, colegii la cafea \u015fi brainstorminguri cu post-ituri pe pere\u0163i. Normalul a fost camera personal\u0103, o conexiune la internet \u015fi multitasking \u00eentre taskuri, meetinguri \u015fi facultate.<\/p>\n<p>\nA\u015fa c\u0103, \u00een mod ironic, biroul a devenit \u201enecunoscutul\u201d. Nu exist\u0103 nostalgie pentru birou, pentru c\u0103 n-am apucat s\u0103 avem aceast\u0103 exprien\u0163\u0103 de la \u00eenceput. \u015ei c\u00e2nd ni se cere s\u0103 revenim \u00eenapoi \u201ela normal\u201d, r\u0103spunsul este firesc: \u201ela care normal, mai exact?\u201d.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color:#3399ff;\">Gen Z e prima genera\u0163ie care \u00ee\u015fi afirm\u0103 public limitele: \u201enu sunt jobul meu\u201d, \u201enu \u00eemi voi sacrifica s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103 pentru KPI-uri\u201d. Asta poate suna radical \u00eentr-un mediu \u00een care \u201es\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i peste program\u201d era odat\u0103 un semn de ambi\u0163ie.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\n\u00cen \u0163ara noastr\u0103, biroul e (\u00eenc\u0103) simbolul seriozit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi tensiunea e \u015fi mai vizibil\u0103. Pentru multe companii tradi\u0163ionale, prezen\u0163a fizic\u0103 la birou este \u00eenc\u0103 v\u0103zut\u0103 ca un semn de responsabilitate, implicare \u015fi control. Din p\u0103cate, uneori \u015fi de ne\u00eencredere. \u201eP\u0103i cum s\u0103 \u015ftiu c\u0103 munce\u015fte dac\u0103 nu-l v\u0103d?\u201d e o \u00eentrebare care \u00eenc\u0103 persist\u0103 \u00een multe medii manageriale. Pentru c\u0103 multe alte corpora\u0163ii \u00eenc\u0103 func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een regim remote sau hibrid.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru noi, munca este o parte din via\u0163\u0103, dar nu centrul ei. Un studiu Deloitte din 2024 arat\u0103 c\u0103 75% dintre tinerii gen Z din Europa prefer\u0103 un job hibrid sau remote, chiar \u015fi cu riscul de a nu avansa profesional at\u00e2t de rapid. De ce? Pentru c\u0103 pun pe primul loc echilibrul emo\u0163ional, nu \u201egrind-ul\u201d perpetuu.<\/p>\n<p>\nTotul \u0163ine \u015fi de un aspect cultural: gen Z a crescut online. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at, am socializat \u015fi chiar am lucrat (proiecte, freelancing, voluntariat) \u00een spa\u0163iul digital. Pentru noi munca \u00eenseamn\u0103 livrabile, nu prezen\u0163\u0103. Eficien\u0163\u0103, nu \u201etimpi mor\u0163i\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nShopify, companie tech din Canada, a implementat o regul\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u00een pandemie \u015fi a men\u0163inut-o: \u201eRemove meetings. Do more\u201d. F\u0103r\u0103 calluri inutile, f\u0103r\u0103 \u015fedin\u0163e doar de dragul culturii. Rezultatul? Mai mult\u0103 productivitate \u015fi angaja\u0163i mai ferici\u0163i. Modelul a fost popular \u00een r\u00e2ndul gen Z, care a v\u0103zut decizia ca un \u201eact de respect pentru timpul oamenilor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nPentru mul\u0163i, nu spa\u0163iul fizic e problema, ci rigiditatea \u015fi lipsa de sens. Dac\u0103 biroul vine la pachet cu micro-management, politici \u00eenvechite \u015fi task-uri f\u0103r\u0103 scop, e firesc s\u0103 nu-l alegem. \u00cen schimb, dac\u0103 ni se ofer\u0103 un birou ca spa\u0163iu de cocrea\u0163ie, \u00een care putem interac\u0163iona autentic cu colegii, s\u0103 colabor\u0103m, s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m, e posibil s\u0103 ne dorim s\u0103 venim.<\/p>\n<p>\nCum ar putea reac\u0163iona companiile? S\u0103 colabor\u0103m, nu s\u0103 execut\u0103m.
