Doar prin consultare real\u0103 putem construi un cadru legal coerent, corelat cu legisla\u0163ia fiscal\u0103 \u015fi adaptat realit\u0103\u0163ilor economice.<\/p>\n<p>\nPracticienii \u00een insolven\u0163\u0103 sunt parteneri \u00een acest proces, nu adversari. Ei contribuie la aplicarea legii, la recuperarea crean\u0163elor \u015fi la men\u0163inerea stabilit\u0103\u0163ii economice. Reforma nu trebuie s\u0103 fie o reac\u0163ie la percep\u0163ii negative, ci o solu\u0163ie g\u00e2ndit\u0103 pentru eficien\u0163\u0103 \u015fi sustenabilitate.<\/p>\n<p>\nUNPIR face apel la colaborare pentru o reform\u0103 echilibrat\u0103, care s\u0103 reduc\u0103 folosirea frauduloas\u0103 a prevederilor legale, s\u0103 elimine agen\u0163ii economici care pot contamina mediul economic, dar s\u0103 p\u0103streze \u015fansa companiilor viabile de a se redresa.
