Cu mult peste op\u0163iunile \u201eLucram doar pentru salariu\u201d sau \u201eAm stagnat profesional\u201d, aceast\u0103 alegere scoate la suprafa\u0163\u0103&nbsp; realitatea incomod\u0103 c\u0103 cei mai mul\u0163i dintre noi regret\u0103 nu gre\u015felile f\u0103cute, ci t\u0103cerile \u00een momente cheie din cariera lor.<\/p>\n<p>\nCe spune acest lucru despre cultura profesional\u0103 \u00een care ne dezvolt\u0103m? Se pare c\u0103 t\u0103cerea la locul de munc\u0103 nu este ceva specific rom\u00e2nesc \u015fi exist\u0103 studii interna\u0163ionale care analizeaz\u0103 exact acest comportament. Harvard Business Review, de exemplu, a publicat un articol despre \u201ecultura t\u0103cerii\u201d \u00een organiza\u0163ii, ar\u0103t\u00e2nd c\u0103 mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i prefer\u0103 s\u0103 tac\u0103, chiar \u015fi atunci c\u00e2nd observ\u0103 gre\u015feli sau au sugestii valoroase. Motivul ar \u0163ine mai ales de teama de repercusiuni, de a fi percepu\u0163i ca problematici sau de a pierde oportunit\u0103\u0163i. \u00cen multe companii, vocea angaja\u0163ilor devine valoroas\u0103 abia dup\u0103 ce au validare extern\u0103, ceea ce este un paradox care taie din r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103 ini\u0163iativa. Acest fenomen este explicat \u015fi de teoria \u201espiralei t\u0103cerii\u201d, formulat\u0103 de cercet\u0103toarea Elisabeth Noelle-Neumann. Ideea teoriei este simpl\u0103: atunci c\u00e2nd oamenii simt c\u0103 opinia lor este diferit\u0103 de majoritate \u2013 sau de lider \u2013 prefer\u0103 s\u0103 tac\u0103, pentru a nu fi marginaliza\u0163i. Cu c\u00e2t mai mul\u0163i oameni aleg s\u0103 tac\u0103, cu at\u00e2t mai greu devine pentru oricine s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103. Este un cerc vicios care inhib\u0103 dialogul \u015fi creativitatea. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, aceast\u0103 tendin\u0163\u0103 este agravat\u0103 de specificul cultural. Avem o cultur\u0103 ierarhic\u0103, cu o \u201edistan\u0163\u0103 mare fa\u0163\u0103 de putere\u201d, unde opiniile contrare liderului sunt rareori bine primite. Am \u00eent\u00e2lnit de multe ori ideea c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 \u201ene \u015ftim locul\u201d, s\u0103 nu ie\u015fim \u00een fa\u0163\u0103, s\u0103 nu contest\u0103m deciziile. Chiar \u015fi c\u00e2nd se spune c\u0103 feedbackul este binevenit, \u00een realitate, exprimarea sincer\u0103 poate fi perceput\u0103 ca lips\u0103 de loialitate sau chiar ca un atac personal. F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0163i demonstrezi poten\u0163ialul, toate dorin\u0163ele, chiar \u015fi expuse, risc\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 simple \u201et\u00e2nguieli\u201d. Mi-a r\u0103mas \u00een minte un sfat primit \u00eentr-un interviu recent de la Roman Stoli\u010dn\u00fd, regional manager South East Europe \u00een cadrul companiei de logistic\u0103 Dachser, interviu pe care \u00eel ve\u0163i putea citi \u00een edi\u0163ia urm\u0103toare a revistei.
