Noua banca va avea o cota de piata de 7,5%, dupa BCR, BRD, Raiffeisen Bank Romania si inaintea CEC.<\/STRONG><\/P><SPAN class=text>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV align=justify><STRONG>cu ce a venit Banca Tiriac&#8230;<\/STRONG><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL>  <P align=justify><STRONG>Banca Tiriac, infiintata in 1991, are o retea teritoriala de 60 de unitati si 1.100 de angajati.<\/STRONG> <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>ACTIVE:<\/STRONG> In martie 2005, activele bancii au ajuns la 706 milioane de euro fata de 620 milioane de euro la finele anului 2004.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>COTA DE PIATA:<\/STRONG> La 31 decembrie 2004, banca se situa pe locul 11, cu o cota de piata de 2,9%.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>PROFIT:<\/STRONG> In 2004, a avut un profit net de 13 mil. euro, in crestere cu 18% fata de 2003.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>CREDITE ACORDATE:<\/STRONG> In 2004, volumul creditelor a ajuns la 360 mil. euro.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>DEPOZITE ATRASE:<\/STRONG> Depozitele atrase s-au ridicat la 455 de milioane de euro, in crestere cu 82 de milioane de euro fata de anul precedent.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>CLIENTI:<\/STRONG> In 2004, din 681.000 de clienti, 648.000 au fost persoane fizice.<BR>&nbsp;<\/P>  <UL>  <LI>  <DIV align=justify><STRONG>&#8230;Si ce a adus HVB Romania?<\/STRONG><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL>  <P align=justify><BR><STRONG>HVB Bank Romania este succesorul legal al BA-CA &#8211; Bank Austria Creditanstalt Romania. BA-CA este prezenta pe piata romaneasca din 1998, si are in prezent 12 sucursale si 320 de angajati.&nbsp; <\/STRONG><\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>ACTIVE:<\/STRONG> La finele lunii martie 2005, activele totale ale bancii erau de aproximativ 1,4 miliarde euro.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>COTA DE PIATA:<\/STRONG> In functie de active, HVB Bank Romania se situeaza pe locul 7 in topul bancilor de pe piata locala, cu o cota de piata de 4,6%.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>PROFIT:<\/STRONG> Profitul inainte de impozitare al filialei HVB Bank din Romania a crescut, in primul trimestru al acestui an, cu 160%, de la 4,6 mil. euro la 11,9 mil. euro. <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>CLIENTI:<\/STRONG> Numarul total de clienti se ridica la aproape 32.000.<BR><\/P><\/SPAN><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cu active totale de 2.080 mil.  euro si 72 de unitati, HVB Bank Romania si Banca Tiriac se vor situa impreuna pe locul 4 in sistemul bancar romanesc.
