Deci de la Craiova la Pascani pe autostrada.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen decembrie 2025 sau in vara lui 2026, c\u00e2nd ajungem cu autostrada la Pa\u015fcani, trebuie s\u0103 facem o petrecere mare cu tot guvernul la Hanu Ancu\u0163ei al lui Sadoveanu. Este fabulos. Acolo trebuie s\u0103 facem un mare party, c\u00e2nd \u00een sf\u00e2r\u015fit c\u00e2nd aducem modernizarea \u00een Moldova. Cand vom arata ca autostrada nu mai este o poveste.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe fapt autostrada asta, Bucure\u015fti-Ia\u015fi, trebuia f\u0103cut\u0103 prima. Nu A2 spre mare, c\u0103 aici e s\u0103r\u0103cie pe traseu. \u00cen afar\u0103 de Constan\u0163a, de capetele Bucure\u015fti \u015fi Constan\u0163a, nu mai e nimic: Lehliu, Cernavod\u0103&#8230; Nu ai cum s\u0103 compari cu Buz\u0103u, Foc\u015fani sau Bac\u0103u de pe traseul Bucure\u015fti-Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n<p>\nNormal, istoric, provinciile care au f\u0103cut Rom\u00e2nia la 1859 trebuiau unite \u00eent\u00e2i. Era datoria Bucure\u015ftiului s\u0103 uneasc\u0103 Ia\u015fiul, pentru c\u0103 Ia\u015fiul a cedat capitala la Bucure\u015fti. Are Patriarhul \u00een continuare, dar trebuiau unite. De ce? Pentru c\u0103 am Ploie\u015ftiul, am Foc\u015faniul, am Buz\u0103ul, am Bac\u0103ul.<\/p>\n<p>\nCele mai mari firme cu capital privat rom\u00e2nesc nu sunt nici din Lehliu, nici din Fetesti. C\u0103 n-au cum. \u00cen Subcarpa\u0163i se na\u015fte bog\u0103\u0163ia, aici e cheagul. Dedeman, Altex, FAN Courier, nu mai vorbesc Autonom din Piatra Neam\u0163 \u015fi a\u015fa mai departe. \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u015fit, Moldova va respira.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color:#ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color:#b22222;\">Ce autostr\u0103zi avem gata p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie 2028<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/22778482\/7\/7.jpg?height=1250&#038;width=640\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 1250px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nDar petrecerea cea mai mare va fi c\u00e2nd trecem mun\u0163ii. (slide 7). \u00cen 2028 sau 2029 trecem muntii pe la Sibiu si Clujul va fi la patru-cinci ore de Bucuresti. In plus, o s\u0103 avem gata T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f &#8211; Cluj-Napoca-Oradea apoi. S\u0103 sper\u0103m c\u0103 vom ajunge \u015fi la Siret p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2028 sau 2029. Drumul expres Foc\u015fani-Br\u0103ila va fi gata. Plus alternativa Techirghiol \u00een sud care ar trebui s\u0103 fie gata, s\u0103 mergem pe autostrad\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la Mangalia.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color:#ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color:#b22222;\">Ce aduce o autostrad\u0103: cazul A1, intersec\u0163ia cu centura este un mini ora\u015f<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/22778482\/8\/8.jpg?height=1145&#038;width=640\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 1145px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n(slide 8) Iat\u0103 motivul pentru care Rom\u00e2nia \u00ee\u015fi va dubla PIB-ul ca urmare a construc\u0163iei de autostr\u0103zi. Ce se va schimba din Rom\u00e2nia? Aici vede\u0163i autostrada A1 intersectat\u0103 cu Centura 1 (centura veche), \u00eei spun a\u015fa ca s\u0103 deosebesc de Centura 0. Iat\u0103 ce aduce o autostrad\u0103. Aici este un miniora\u015f, nu? Pre\u0163ul\/mp acum 20 de ani era 0,1 euro, acum e 100 de euro?. Avem spa\u0163ii logistice \u015fi a\u015fa mai departe.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color:#ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color:#b22222;\">Ce aduce o autostrad\u0103: 50% din A1 are spa\u0163ii logistice sau de produc\u0163ie<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/22778482\/9\/9.jpg?height=1050&#038;width=640\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 1050px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n(slide 9) De fapt, toat\u0103 autostrada de aici, Bucure\u015fti-Pite\u015fti,&nbsp; a devenit un coridor industrial-logistic. Avem KLG, eMAG, sunt o gr\u0103mad\u0103 de spa\u0163ii logistice, spa\u0163ii industriale. S\u0103 spunem c\u0103 30-40% din lungimea autostr\u0103zii e ocupat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nImagina\u0163i-v\u0103 c\u0103 toate aceste lucruri, spatii logistice, industriale, vor ap\u0103rea pe toate noile autostr\u0103zi ale noastre. Ce am f\u0103cut aici, peste 10-20 de ani va fi \u00een toat\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia. Rom\u00e2nia va exploda economic, \u00ee\u015fi va tripla PIB-ul \u00een urmatorii 30 de ani, pentru c\u0103 avem tot ce ne trebuie.<\/p>\n<p>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<span style=\"color:#ffffff;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color:#b22222;\">Op\u0163iunea spre vest a Ia\u015fiului, prin Ucraina?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/22778482\/11\/11.jpg?height=1177&#038;width=640\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 1177px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n\u015ei acum cei trei factori de fapt pentru care se va dubla PIB-ul \u00een urm\u0103torii 8-10-12 ani (slide 10). Primul este Schengen. Avem \u00een ziarul de azi un transportator din Oradea care spune c\u0103 st\u0103tea c\u00e2te 8-10 ore \u00een vam\u0103 \u015fi acum merge mult mai rapid.<\/p>\n<p>\nAl doilea este OECD. Va fi a doua \u201eaderare la UE\u201d a Rom\u00e2niei. Vom avea \u015ftampil\u0103 de \u0163ar\u0103 dezvoltat\u0103, fondurile de investi\u0163ii \u015fi de pensii care p\u00e2n\u0103 acum nu aveau voie s\u0103 investeasc\u0103, care au zeci de mii de miliarde de euro \u00een administrare, vor spune da.<\/p>\n<p>\nDumneavoastr\u0103, dezvoltatorii, v\u0103 duce\u0163i cu un proiect de 100 de milioane de euro pe autostrad\u0103 la Foc\u015fani sau pe nu \u015ftiu ce nod, fondul se va uita \u015fi \u00een 10-20 de minute va spune da, pun 100 de milioane, c\u0103 \u00eemi dublez investi\u0163ia \u00een 7 ani. E\u015fti \u00een OECD? La revedere \u015fi la mul\u0163i ani. Ia banii. \u0103\u015ftia nu stau mult la discu\u0163ii, c\u0103 au sute de proiecte care le trec pe sub ochi.<\/p>\n<p>\nAl treilea factor vor fi autostr\u0103zile, a\u015fa cum am ar\u0103tat.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u015ei ca s\u0103 ajungem de la 20.000 de euro\/capita la 40.000 de euro\/capita \u00eenseamn\u0103 dublarea vitezei de circula\u0163ie a bunurilor, m\u0103rfurilor \u015fi oamenilor.<\/p>\n<p>\nDar pentru asta trebuie s\u0103 fim preg\u0103ti\u0163i, trebuie s\u0103 consum\u0103m mai mult\u0103 informa\u0163ie, adic\u0103 mai multe \u015ftiri de la Ziarul Financiar :-), s\u0103 roadem capital mai mult, s\u0103 avem un program \u015fi mai \u00eenc\u0103rcat. Dac\u0103 ave\u0163i azi 2-3 \u00eent\u00e2lniri, preg\u0103ti\u0163i-v\u0103 s\u0103 ave\u0163i 7 \u00eent\u00e2lniri pe zi, preg\u0103ti\u0163i-v\u0103 s\u0103 nu ave\u0163i timp deloc, preg\u0103ti\u0163i-v\u0103 s\u0103 v\u0103 pune\u0163i \u00eent\u00e2lniri peste dou\u0103 luni c\u0103 ve\u0163i avea tot programul ocupat. A\u0163i spus c\u0103 Sibiul, care e avansat, e mai probabil s\u0103 fie gata \u00een 2030, nu 2028.<\/p>\n<p>\nIa\u015fiul \u0163ine cu din\u0163ii de aceast\u0103 treab\u0103, c\u0103 spune c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 se lege direct, s\u0103 nu ocoleasc\u0103. Eu a\u015f vrea, dar nu cred c\u0103 vom trece mun\u0163ii pe la T\u00e2rgu Neam\u0163- T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u015f, \u00een urm\u0103torii 15 ani.<\/p>\n<p>\nEu nu cred.<\/p>\n<p>\nM\u0103 \u00eentorc la istorie \u015fi la \u015etefan cel Mare. C\u00e2t e de la Siret p\u00e2n\u0103 la Liov? 600 de kilometri. A\u015f pune bani eu, Rom\u00e2nia, cu americanii, cu polonezii, le facem ucrainienilor o autostrad\u0103, pe la \u015fes, elegant, nu trebuie s\u0103 dobor\u00e2m mun\u0163ii, \u015fi mergem \u015fi ne-am lipit de Cracovia, c\u0103 nu e munte. C\u00e2t au polonezii? Mii de kilometri de autostrad\u0103. C\u00e2nd m-am \u00een\u0163epat la Cracovia e deschis spre Berlin, M\u00fcnchen. De ce s\u0103 m\u0103 duc prin mun\u0163i ca s\u0103 m\u0103 duc spre Vest? Vechiul drum a\u015fa era. De asta se cheama Lipscaniul Lipscani, c\u0103 veneau pe acel drum negustorii de la Leipzig. Pe drumul Liovului veneau, pe vremea lui \u015etefan \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00eencoace, la fanario\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>\nPe urm\u0103, \u00een c\u00e2t timp avem \u015fi noi o autostrad\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la Marea Egee, \u00een Grecia? Bulgarii ce fac acolo? Sofia-Ruse \u00een c\u00e2t timp e gata? C\u0103 Sofia \u2013 Salonic e gata, 100% pe autostrad\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nNici nu v\u0103 da\u0163i seama c\u0103 o dat\u0103 deschise aceste autostr\u0103zi spre Vest, spre Nord Vest, spre Est, spre Chi\u015fin\u0103u \u015fi Odesa, spre sud spre Salonic, va veni t\u0103v\u0103lugul investi\u0163iilor \u015fi accelerarea economic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nTrebuie s\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim c\u0103 odat\u0103 ce deschizi ni\u015fte por\u0163i, nu mai po\u0163i opri fluxurile.<\/p>\n<p>\nIstoria se face din milioanele de oameni care au o dorin\u0163\u0103. Nimeni nu a f\u0103cut un pact \u00eentre Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi Italia s\u0103 se duc\u0103 1 milion de oameni la munc\u0103 \u00een Italia. C\u00e2nd s-au deschis por\u0163ile, s-au dus.
