Tot conflictul creat inten\u0163ionat \u00eentre angaja\u0163i \u015fi angajatori de c\u0103tre comercian\u0163ii de cariere. Toate companiile care i\u0163i fur\u0103 en corpore angaja\u0163i, confund\u00e2nd \u201dskilling\u201d cu \u201dstealing\u201d.
