Viitorul pie\u0163ei muncii din Rom\u00e2nia va fi definit de un echilibru \u00eentre tehnologie, educa\u0163ie continu\u0103 \u015fi beneficii care adreseaz\u0103 at\u00e2t nevoi profesionale, c\u00e2t \u015fi personale ale angaja\u0163ilor.
