Munca remote sau de la birou? De ce?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nVarianta hibrid este optim\u0103. Lucram \u015fi \u00eenainte de pandemie de acas\u0103, ocazional, iar acum m\u0103 bucur c\u0103 lumea a \u00een\u0163eles mai bine \u015fi a acceptat avantajele acestui stil de lucru. Mersul la birou creeaz\u0103 \u015fi men\u0163ine leg\u0103turile cu colegii, iar munca de acas\u0103 asigur\u0103 lini\u015fte pentru situa\u0163iile \u00een care e nevoie de concentrare.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>6. Care sunt calit\u0103\u0163ile pe care le aprecia\u0163i cel mai mult la colegii din echipele pe care le coordona\u0163i? Dar defectele pe care nu le pute\u0163i tolera?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cemi pare bine c\u00e2nd v\u0103d c\u0103 cineva vrea s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e mai mult, s\u0103 fac\u0103 mai mult, c\u0103 e dispus s\u0103 ias\u0103 din zona de confort \u015fi s\u0103 realizeze ceva pe termen lung. A fost greu s\u0103 renun\u0163 la ideea c\u0103 \u201edac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 faci ceva bine, trebuie s\u0103 faci cu m\u00e2na ta\u201d.
