Convertirea par\u0163ial\u0103 a unor spa\u0163ii de birou pentru viitoarele facilit\u0103\u0163i necesit\u0103 o investi\u0163ie estimat\u0103 la peste 10 milioane de euro, din care 5 milioane euro sunt alocate \u00een urmatoarele 6 luni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&#8220;Viziunea noastr\u0103 asupra cl\u0103dirilor London \u015fi Oslo, dar \u015fi a proiectelor viitoare, dezvoltate sub umbrela noului brand EVO Properties, este s\u0103 oferim un mediu care s\u0103 dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 nevoile stricte ale spa\u0163iilor de birouri. Este primul proces complex, aflat deja \u00een derulare, de implementare a unui hub multi-func\u0163ional, prin conversia par\u0163ial\u0103 a unor cladiri de birouri noi, de clasa A+.\u201d, a declarat Adinel Tudor, CEO al EVO Properties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFinalul procesului de transformare al cl\u0103dirilor este estimat pentru finalul anului 2025, c\u00e2nd aproximativ 50-60% din suprafa\u0163a \u00eenchiriabil\u0103 va fi dedicat\u0103 birourilor moderne, \u00eentre 20-25% va g\u0103zdui servicii de ospitalitate, iar \u00eentre 10-15% vor fi aloca\u0163i serviciilor medicale \u015fi de well-being.
