Multina\u0163ionalele au venit cu alt\u0103 structur\u0103 de organizare, corporati\u015ftii rom\u00e2ni au primit acces la knowledge, la re\u0163eaua interna\u0163ional\u0103 a corpora\u0163iilor, la o lume nou\u0103 de fapt. La schimb, au dat totul, via\u0163a personal\u0103 nu a mai existat.<\/p>\n<p>\nDac\u0103 \u00een primul deceniu a fost ceva nou, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce anii au trecut lucrurile nu au mai fost ca la \u00eenceput. Au v\u0103zut c\u0103 aceste corpora\u0163ii sunt impersonale, sunt reci, \u015fi totul este o chestiune de cifre, de targeturi, de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, de taskuri etc. To\u0163i managerii predic\u0103 empatia corporatist\u0103, asta p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd vin deciziile din afar\u0103, care trebuie executate. Pandemia a accelerat problemele corporati\u015ftilor, care s-au acumulat \u00een ani, a\u015fa c\u0103, acum, starea de bine a corporati\u015ftilor nu este at\u00e2t de bun\u0103, cel pu\u0163in a\u015fa sus\u0163ine Matei St\u0103nculescu. Dar dincolo de aceste probleme cu care se confrunt\u0103 acum companiile, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 imbun\u0103t\u0103\u0163easc\u0103 starea de bine a angaja\u0163ilor ca s\u0103 mai reduc\u0103 din pierderea de productivitate, \u00eentrebarea este dac\u0103 situa\u0163ia poate s\u0103 fie alta. Corpora\u0163iile sunt entit\u0103\u0163i impersonale, totul se adun\u0103 trimestrial \u00een ni\u015fte cifre, \u015fi \u00een func\u0163ie de acestea se iau decizii de c\u0103tre C-level \u015fi de c\u0103tre principalii ac\u0163ionari, care pot sau nu s\u0103 se priceap\u0103 la ceea ce face compania sau la ce trebuie f\u0103cut. Restul trebuie doar s\u0103 execute, empatie exist\u0103 doar c\u00e2nd sunt rezultate, \u00een rest totul este o chestie rece.
