Terenul a fost adus ca aport in natura la capitalul societatii de Universitatea de Stiinte Agricole si Medicina Veterinara Bucuresti. Aceasta asociere a atras atentia mass-media, care au relatat despre disputele din jurul terenului.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>ACTIONARI:<\/STRONG> Universitatea detine 49,88% din actiuni, restul titlurilor fiind in posesia mai multor firme &#8211; IBTC din Marea Britanie, Comaliment, Herastrau SA si ASD Miorita SA, toate din Bucuresti.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>INVESTITII:<\/STRONG> Peste un miliard de euro vor fi investiti in 10 ani, din surse proprii, credite bancare si avansuri de la clienti.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>BANEASA MALL<\/STRONG><\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>Baneasa Mall necesita fonduri de 50 mil. euro si va fi realizat, in parteneriat, de societatea Euro Mediterranee Consulting &#8211; EMCT si o asociatie formata din Aeroportul International Bucuresti Baneasa si firma Grivco, controlata de familia Voiculescu, proprietara a postului TV Antena 1.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>PROIECT:<\/STRONG> Centrul comercial va avea o suprafata totala de peste 10 hectare. Con-<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>structia va fi desfasurata pe doua niveluri si va cuprinde un hipermarket cu o suprafata de pana la 12.500 mp, mai multe magazine de mari dimensiuni desfasurate pe 13.500 de metri patrati, magazin de mobila si unul de bricolaj, spatii de petrecere a timpului liber, peste 150 de spatii comerciale.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>PARTENERIAT:<\/STRONG> Proiectul Baneasa Mall este un parteneriat intre compania EMCT si AIBB Grivco.<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><STRONG>INVESTITII:<\/STRONG> Potrivit reprezentantilor EMCT, complexul necesita fonduri de 50 mil. euro, finantarea fiind asigurata atat din surse proprii, cat si din fonduri imprumutate. <\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify>&nbsp;<\/P>  <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt\" align=justify><o:p>  <HR>  <\/o:p>Nota: Reprezentantii EMCT nu au dorit sa comenteze.
