Cel mai mare contract semnat \u00een primele luni din 2024 a fost \u00eenchirierea spa\u0163iului de 10.000 mp, de c\u0103tre Genesis College, \u00een Petrom City, pentru reconversia lor \u00een spa\u0163ii de clas\u0103 \u015fi facilit\u0103\u0163i educa\u0163ionale.<\/p>\n<p>\nCele mai solicitate loca\u0163ii au fost cele din zonele de nord, Floreasca \u2013 Barbu V\u0103c\u0103rescu \u015fi \u00een centru.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Cluj-Napoca s-au tranzac\u0163ionat \u00een primele 6 luni spa\u0163ii de birouri cu o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 28.770 mp, de cinci ori mai mult dec\u00e2t \u00een aceea\u015fi perioad\u0103 a anului trecut (c\u00e2nd s-au \u00eenchiriat doar 5.422 mp).
