E nevoie de scalabilitate, vitez\u0103, ceea ce \u00ee\u0163i d\u0103 \u00eencredere \u00een viitor.<\/p>\n<p>O neo-banc\u0103 este o banc\u0103 exclusiv digital\u0103, nu are sucursale, nici sisteme legacy. Trebuie s\u0103 vii cu tehnologii noi, pe cloud, pe microservicii.<\/p>\n<p>Partea diferit\u0103 este modul \u00een care dai servicii clien\u0163ilor, partea de suport. Uneori digitalul era dus la extrem la alte b\u0103nci, a\u015fa c\u0103 ne-am uitat la customer support. Costurile de capital sunt diferite fa\u0163\u0103 de o banc\u0103 tradi\u0163ional\u0103. Ai costuri opera\u0163ionale mai mari, \u015fi ele cresc \u00een paralel cu cre\u015fterea b\u0103ncii.
