Aceasta este concluzia cu care am plecat s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na trecut\u0103 de la Association for Talent Development (ATD) 2024 Conference din New Orleans, cel mai mare eveniment din lume dedicat dezvolt\u0103rii profesionale, care a reunit peste 10.000 de profesioni\u015fti \u00een HR \u015fi Learning &#038; Development la nivel global.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00e2teva dintre tendin\u0163ele \u00een HR \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015fite de profesioni\u015ftii la nivel global s-au referit la: adoptarea inteligen\u0163ei artificiale de c\u0103tre angaja\u0163ii din sfera de resurse umane \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are &#8211; dezvoltare, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area bazat\u0103 pe neuro\u015ftiin\u0163\u0103, microlearning, adaptarea la schimbare, growth mindset, siguran\u0163a psihologic\u0103, storytelling \u00een era digital\u0103, diversitatea \u015fi incluziunea, dezvoltarea inteligen\u0163ei emo\u0163ionale, alinierea Learning &#038; Development cu obiectivele de business, tranzi\u0163ia HR-ului de la centru de cost la centru de profit, diverse modele de leadership \u015fi, \u00een general, cum s\u0103 combini aceste teme pentru dezvoltarea unei strategii \u015fi a unei culturi bazate pe \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are continu\u0103 \u00een organiza\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>\nViitorul dezvolt\u0103rii profesionale este str\u00e2ns legat de evolu\u0163ia tehnologiei, \u00eens\u0103 factorul uman r\u0103m\u00e2ne principalul catalizator al \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii.
