A condus, pe r\u00e2nd, departamentele de distribu\u0163ie comercial\u0103, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri re\u0163ea Renault, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri vehicule electrice &#8211; vehicule de ocazie &#8211; vehicule utilitare. \u00cen 2017, a preluat rolul de director al direc\u0163iei v\u00e2nz\u0103ri speciale a Renault Commercial Roumanie, iar \u00een martie 2020 a fost numit\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ia de director comunicare &#038; CSR Renault Group Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cen februarie 2021, a preluat func\u0163ia actual\u0103, prin care coordoneaz\u0103 activitatea pentru marca Renault la nivelul clusterului SEE. \u00cen 2022, Renault Commercial Roumanie a avut o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de 4,75 miliarde de lei \u015fi un profit net de 41,6 milioane de lei. Sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 a\u015ftept\u0103rile mele au coincis \u00eentr-o propor\u0163ie mare cu ceea ce Renault \u00eemi oferea, dar poate \u00eentr-un ritm mai pu\u0163in accelerat fa\u0163\u0103 de ceea ce \u00eemi imaginam eu, v\u0103z\u00e2nd reformele \u015fi infuzia de capital str\u0103in prin care trecea Rom\u00e2nia la acel moment. Am avut \u015fansa s\u0103 trec prin marketing, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, after-sales, comunicare, departamente care mi-au permis s\u0103 \u00eemi formez o perspectiv\u0103 larg\u0103 \u015fi informat\u0103 asupra industriei, oferindu-mi baza necesar\u0103 pentru a lua decizii asumate. Traseul s-a dovedit a se mula foarte bine at\u00e2t pe nevoile mele de cre\u015ftere profesional\u0103, c\u00e2t \u015fi pe dorin\u0163a de a fi mereu \u00een contact cu oamenii, mai ales c\u0103 activ\u0103m \u00eentr-o industrie unde schimb\u0103rile sunt nu numai constante, dar \u015fi majore, at\u00e2t din punct de vedere tehnologic \u015fi legislativ, dar mai ales societal \u2013 preferin\u0163ele oamenilor se schimb\u0103 \u00een ritm alert, iar noi trebuie s\u0103 ac\u0163ion\u0103m agil, s\u0103 \u00een\u0163elegem \u015fi s\u0103 oferim solu\u0163ii care aduc valoare ad\u0103ugat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>3. La ce schimb\u0103ri v\u0103 a\u015ftepta\u0163i pentru urm\u0103torii 20 de ani?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nRenault a f\u0103cut deja o repozi\u0163ionare strategic\u0103 major\u0103, devenind un brand de tehnologie, de servicii \u015fi energie curat\u0103, pun\u00e2nd bazele planului s\u0103u ambi\u0163ios de a deveni, \u00een Europa, marc\u0103 auto pur electric\u0103, din 2030.
