Apoi s-a extins la torturi, iar c\u00e2nd \u015fi-a dat seama c\u0103 brandul nu mai reflect\u0103 obiectul de activitate, duc\u00e2nd cu g\u00e2ndul doar la pl\u0103cinte, l-a schimbat \u00een Chat Noir. Nici acum nu reflect\u0103 exact ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een laboratorul lui Mircea, dar, cum el este pasionat de buc\u0103t\u0103ria francez\u0103, iar tartele au o leg\u0103tur\u0103 direct\u0103 cu aceasta, s-a g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 noul nume se potrive\u015fte mai bine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<img 01=\"\" 1.tur=\"\" appdata=\"\" box:=\"\" c:=\"\" file:=\"\" local=\"\" msohtmlclip1=\"\" temp=\"\" text=\"\" users=\"\" \/>\u00cen cea mai mare parte a vie\u0163ii mele profesionale, am lucrat pentru mine, angaj\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 doar dup\u0103 vreun e\u015fec. Ultimul meu job, \u00eenainte de Chat Noir, a fost de organizator de evenimente. Doar c\u0103 cel care de\u0163inea afacerea a v\u00e2ndut tot \u015fi s-a mutat \u00een State, a\u015fa c\u0103 m-am trezit \u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 \u00abWhat\u2019s next?\u00bb\u201d, poveste\u015fte Mircea Nicolescu, inginer chimist la baz\u0103. Fiind pasionat de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u015fi urm\u00e2nd de-a lungul anilor mai multe cursuri de profil cu profesori absolven\u0163i ai unor institu\u0163ii prestigioase, \u00eencepuse s\u0103 fac\u0103 acas\u0103, \u00een timpul liber, pentru prieteni, diverse tarte dulci \u015fi s\u0103rate. Se g\u00e2ndea uneori c\u0103 ar putea face un business din asta, dar nu a z\u0103bovit prea mult asupra ideii. \u201eS\u0103 o iei de la cap\u0103t poate fi interesant la 30 de ani, dar la 50\u0102 \u00eencepi s\u0103-\u0163i pui mai multe \u00eentreb\u0103ri, s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u015fti ceva mai mult la viitor, la anii ce vor urma. S\u0103 te angajezi dup\u0103 o anumit\u0103 v\u00e2rst\u0103, la noi nu este chiar simplu, oric\u00e2t\u0103 experien\u0163\u0103 ai avea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u00e2nd a ajuns \u00een punctul \u00een care s\u0103 se \u00eentrebe ce urmeaz\u0103 mai departe, un prieten l-a sunat s\u0103-i spun\u0103 c\u0103 un spa\u0163iu comercial undeva \u00een zona central\u0103 a Capitalei tocmai devenise liber. A mers acolo, l-a v\u0103zut, a considerat c\u0103 ar fi potrivit cu ideile lui, dar apoi a ap\u0103rut o nou\u0103 \u00eentrebare: Cu ce bani? A g\u0103sit totu\u015fi solu\u0163ii pentru finan\u0163are \u015fi a deschis spa\u0163iul de pe Strada Bati\u015ftei ca snack bar. \u201eInvesti\u0163iile au fost relativ mici la \u00eenceput. Am avut norocul s\u0103 g\u0103sesc un spa\u0163iu deja utilat. Relativ mic, dar suficient de bun pentru ce aveam nevoie la momentul respectiv. \u00cenc\u0103 este un spa\u0163iu OK, dar exist\u0103 perioade, c\u00e2nd avem comenzi de catering mai mari, c\u00e2nd ne g\u00e2ndim c\u0103 am face saltul spre un spa\u0163iu mai mare. Ce-i drept, pentru asta ai nevoie \u015fi de o constan\u0163\u0103 \u00een venituri, performan\u0163\u0103 pe care n-am reu\u015fit \u00eenc\u0103 s\u0103 o avem.\u201d Vreme de cinci luni a func\u0163ionat, de\u015fi pe pierdere, \u00eens\u0103 apoi a venit pandemia, iar Mircea a trebuit s\u0103 se reorienteze spre comenzile online. \u201eAstfel, am transformat spa\u0163iul doar \u00een laborator, n-am mai redeschis pentru public, am prins putere pe partea de comenzi online de tarte \u015fi torturi, iar de vreo doi ani, am extins businessul la servicii de catering \u015fi candy bar pentru clien\u0163i corporate \u015fi persoane fizice, pe care ne ax\u0103m predominant \u00een prezent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen 2022, a vrut s\u0103 \u00eenchid\u0103 Chat Noir, pentru c\u0103 nu putea \u0163ine pasul cu cheltuielile, \u00eens\u0103 a ales s\u0103 continue, chiar \u015fi cu eforturi. Dup\u0103 ce a mai avut \u015fi alte experien\u0163e \u00een business, speran\u0163a lui Mircea Nicolescu acum este ca acesta s\u0103 fie ultimul \u015fi cu succes, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu mai fie nevoie de prezen\u0163a lui zilnic\u0103. La \u00eenceput, c\u00e2nd se axa doar pe comenzile online, iar gama de produse se rezuma doar la tarte \u015fi torturi, predominan\u0163i erau clien\u0163ii persoane fizice, oameni care voiau pentru ei acas\u0103, av\u00e2nd musafiri, ni\u015fte produse mai speciale. De cel pu\u0163in un an, clien\u0163ii majoritari sunt \u00eens\u0103 persoanele juridice, companiile.
