Politica monetar\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 restrictiv\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd vor exista dovezi mai solide c\u0103 infla\u0163ia va reveni \u00een timp util \u00een intervalul tint\u0103 al BNR.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\nRaportul FMI:<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>Evolu\u0163iile macroeconomice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n&#8211; Cre\u015fterea economiei a \u00eencetinit \u00een 2023, \u00een principal din cauza consumului mai slab. De\u015fi deficitul de cont curent r\u0103m\u00e2ne mare, acesta a sc\u0103zut la aproximativ 7% din PIB, ca urmare a \u00eencetinirii cererii interne \u015fi a sc\u0103derii pre\u0163urilor importurilor de m\u0103rfuri.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>Perspective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>&#8211; <\/strong>\u00cen 2024, se preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 economia \u00ee\u015fi va reveni, cu o cre\u015ftere apropiat\u0103 de 3%, deoarece consumul &#8211; determinat de cre\u015fterea salariilor reale &#8211; \u015fi cererea extern\u0103 se consolideaz\u0103. FMI preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 infla\u0163ia va reveni treptat \u00een intervalul \u0163int\u0103 al BNR p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul anului 2025. Cu toate acestea, cre\u015fterile salariale de dou\u0103 cifre pot influenta normalizarea infla\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>Buget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Deficitul bugetar pentru 2023 este estimat la aproximativ 5,75din PIB, ceea ce este cu mult peste nivelul prev\u0103zut ini\u0163ial \u00een buget (4,4% din PIB). Reforma sistemului de pensii recent promulgat\u0103 face ca sistemul de pensii s\u0103 fie mai echitabil \u015fi reduce cheltuielile pe termen lung, dar se preconizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 va genera costuri fiscale suplimentare mari, de aproximativ 1,5% din PIB, \u00een anii urm\u0103tori.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>Riscuri. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n&#8211; Deficitele mari de cont curent \u015fi fiscal limiteaz\u0103 capacitatea Rom\u00e2niei de a rezista la \u015focuri adverse. Cu toate acestea, exist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 unele elemente de protec\u0163ie, inclusiv rezervele interna\u0163ionale adecvate, care au crescut datorit\u0103 intr\u0103rilor mari de fonduri UE.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n\u00cen opinia FMI, veniturile fiscale ale Rom\u00e2niei sunt cu mult sub nivelul celor din \u0163\u0103rile similare \u015fi sunt prea mici pentru a sus\u0163ine serviciile publice la standardele UE. Prin urmare, nu exist\u0103 nicio cale realist\u0103 de progres f\u0103r\u0103 o reform\u0103 substan\u0163ial\u0103 a politicii fiscale.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<strong>Principalele op\u0163iuni includ:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n(i) Reforma impozitului pe venit: Eliminarea scutirilor r\u0103mase, inclusiv prin reducerea pragului pentru micro\u00eentreprinderi \u015fi, eventual, prin introducerea unui impozit pe profit progresiv.<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Reforma TVA: Cre\u015fterea veniturilor din TVA, inclusiv prin impozitarea mai multor articole la cota standard.<\/p>\n<p>(iii) Taxe ecologice: Introducerea unei taxe pe carbon \u00een sectoarele transporturilor \u015fi construc\u0163iilor sau a unor accize suplimentare pe combustibilii fosili.<\/p>\n<p>(iv) Impozite pe proprietate: Cre\u015fterea impozit\u0103rii propriet\u0103\u0163ii, dac\u0103 este posibil prin punerea \u00een aplicare a reformelor deja preg\u0103tite.<\/p>\n<p>(v) Impactul reformei pensiilor: Elaborarea unui mecanism pentru a \u00eentinde \u00een mod eficient povara fiscal\u0103 rezultat\u0103 din reforma pensiilor<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5531\/22247554\/2\/d-whatsapp-image-2024-02-01-at-16-24-10.jpg?height=220&#038;width=220\" style=\"width: 220px; height: 220px; float: left;\" \/><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n<span -webkit-text-stroke-width:=\"\" background-color:=\"\" color:=\"\" display:=\"\" float:=\"\" font-family:=\"\" font-size:=\"\" font-style:=\"\" font-variant-caps:=\"\" font-variant-ligatures:=\"\" font-weight:=\"\" inline=\"\" letter-spacing:=\"\" orphans:=\"\" text-align:=\"\" text-decoration-color:=\"\" text-decoration-style:=\"\" text-decoration-thickness:=\"\" text-indent:=\"\" text-transform:=\"\" trebuchet=\"\" white-space:=\"\" widows:=\"\" word-spacing:=\"\">Delega\u0163ia FMI, condus\u0103 de Jan Kees Martijn, a fost primit\u0103 joi la Palatul Victoria de primul-ministru, Marcel Ciolacu, al\u0103turi de vicepremierul Marian Neac\u015fu, de ministrul Finan\u0163elor, Marcel Bolo\u015f, ministrul Economiei, Radu Oprea \u015fi ministrul Investi\u0163iilor \u015fi Proiectelor Europene, Adrian C\u00e2ciu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n\u00cen urma \u00eent\u00e2lnirii<span -webkit-text-stroke-width:=\"\" background-color:=\"\" color:=\"\" display:=\"\" float:=\"\" font-family:=\"\" font-size:=\"\" font-style:=\"\" font-variant-caps:=\"\" font-variant-ligatures:=\"\" font-weight:=\"\" inline=\"\" letter-spacing:=\"\" orphans:=\"\" text-align:=\"\" text-decoration-color:=\"\" text-decoration-style:=\"\" text-decoration-thickness:=\"\" text-indent:=\"\" text-transform:=\"\" trebuchet=\"\" white-space:=\"\" widows:=\"\" word-spacing:=\"\">, \u015feful GUvernului a declarat c\u0103 m<\/span>\u0103surile de reform\u0103 bugetar\u0103 \u015fi instrumentele digitale de combatere a evaziunii fiscale decise la finalul lui 2023 \u015fi implementate de la \u00eenceputul acestui an \u00ee\u015fi vor face sim\u0163ite efectele \u00een urm\u0103toarele luni.<\/p>\n<p text-align:=\"\">\n\u201dPrintr-o colectare mai bun\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, vom continua reducerea deficitului.
