Un an mai t\u00e2rziu a \u00eenceput distribu\u0163ia \u015fi ast\u0103zi este \u00een topul celor mai mari juc\u0103tori de pe pia\u0163a de profil. Cum a reu\u015fit familia Trandafir s\u0103 duc\u0103 businessul DRIM Daniel la peste 105 mil. euro \u015fi s\u0103 bat\u0103 palma cu retailerul polonez Zabka?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<img 01=\"\" 1.tur=\"\" appdata=\"\" box:=\"\" c:=\"\" file:=\"\" local=\"\" msohtmlclip1=\"\" temp=\"\" text=\"\" users=\"\" \/>Un mic magazin \u00een Pite\u015fti. Acesta a fost punctul de plecare al DRIM Daniel Distribu\u0163ie FMCG, companie care a crescut \u00eencet \u015fi discret, devenind unul dintre cei mai mari juc\u0103tori din sectorul de distribu\u0163ie de bunuri de larg consum. \u201eP\u0103rin\u0163ii mei au ales numele. DRIM reprezint\u0103 practic ini\u0163ialele noastre \u2013 Daniel (tata), Radu (eu), Ioana (sora mea) \u015fi Marcela (mama)\u201d, povestea Radu Trandafir, administrator al DRIM Daniel.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe la un magazin \u00een 1994, familia Trandafir, cea care a pus bazele companiei, a mai deschis unul, dar en-gros. Un an mai t\u00e2rziu, \u00een 1995, familia intra \u00een sectorul de distribu\u0163ie \u00eencheind un parteneriat cu Kandia Dulce, produc\u0103tor de ciocolat\u0103 care este \u015fi ast\u0103zi printre clien\u0163ii companiei din Arge\u015f.&nbsp; \u201eAm \u00eenchiriat primul nostru depozit (60 mp) \u00een Pite\u015fti\u201d, se arat\u0103 pe site-ul DRIM Daniel. Tot \u00een 1995, DRIM Daniel a semnat un contract cu Regal Corporation, companie cump\u0103rat\u0103 ulterior de Dr. Oetker.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe aici s-au deschis drumurile \u00een distribu\u0163ie, familia Trandafir \u00eenchei\u00e2nd tot mai multe contracte cu firme mari, care la acea vreme \u00ee\u015fi f\u0103ceau intrarea pe pia\u0163a rom\u00e2neasc\u0103. \u00cen 1999, compania a terminat construc\u0163ia primului depozit, \u00een Pite\u015fti, av\u00e2nd o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 600 mp \u015fi birouri cu o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 200 mp. Ast\u0103zi, DRIM Daniel acoper\u0103 deja 20 de jude\u0163e din \u0163ar\u0103, are 450 de vehicule \u015fi 11 depozite, dintre care 10 deservesc comer\u0163ul tradi\u0163ional \u015fi unul,&nbsp; din zona Moldovei, acoper\u0103 clien\u0163ii din zona de benzin\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\nCel mai important proiect recent este o investi\u0163ie de 4 milioane de euro \u00eentr-o platform\u0103 logistic\u0103 la Slatina, cu o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 7.000 mp pentru depozitare plus spa\u0163ii de birouri. Compania se ocup\u0103 cu distribu\u0163ia de bunuri de larg consum \u00een special \u00een zona de retail tradi\u0163ional, lucr\u00e2nd foarte pu\u0163in cu marii juc\u0103tori din retailul modern.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eSunt multe zone \u00een care ne putem extinde. Clar ne dorim s\u0103 diversific\u0103m businessul pentru c\u0103 momentan avem peste 90% \u00een comer\u0163ul tradi\u0163ional. Astfel, compania are \u00een portofoliu branduri precum Rezon (pate), Punk (alune), four\u00e9 (biscui\u0163i) \u015fi Armonia (folie alimentar\u0103, h\u00e2rtie igienic\u0103). \u201eMulte magazine mici \u00ee\u015fi cump\u0103rau branduri private ale hipermarketurilor sau din cash &#038; carry \u015fi atunci noi am v\u0103zut aceast\u0103 problem\u0103 ca pe un risc, dar \u015fi ca pe o oportunitate, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 exista o nevoie \u00een pia\u0163\u0103 de produse mai ieftine pentru a le avea la raft \u015fi atunci am \u00eenceput s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m diver\u015fi furnizori care s\u0103 fac\u0103 private label (marc\u0103 privat\u0103&nbsp; &#8211; n. red.) pentru noi \u015fi am \u00eenceput s\u0103 \u00eencerc\u0103m diverse produse\u201c,spunea Radu Trandafir, administrator al DRIM Daniel. La nivelul \u00eentregului univers de distribu\u0163ie al companiei, Arge\u015f mai reprezint\u0103 circa 10%, conform ultimelor date. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, re\u0163eaua de magazine Zabka din Polonia, care va deveni ac\u0163ionar majoritar al DRIM Daniel, are ast\u0103zi circa 10.000 de unit\u0103\u0163i. Patru ani mai t\u00e2rziu, \u00een 2011, Penta a v\u00e2ndut businessul polonez de retail c\u0103tre Mid Europa Partners, care la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u a cedat ulterior controlul. Era anul 2017, iar cump\u0103r\u0103torul era un alt fond \u2013 CVC Capital Partners -, despre care pia\u0163a scria c\u0103 a pl\u0103tit p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1,5 mld. euro pentru 4.500 de magazine.<\/p>\n<p>\nJuc\u0103torii din comer\u0163ul alimentar local spun c\u0103 achizi\u0163ia pachetului majoritar al DRIM Daniel de c\u0103tre polonezi \u00eei ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi cunoasc\u0103 partenerii viitori de afaceri \u015fi s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 mai bine pia\u0163a autohton\u0103, conform datelor ZF. Comer\u0163ul tradi\u0163ional autohton a \u00eenceput s\u0103 piard\u0103 teren \u00een a doua jum\u0103tate a anilor \u201990, c\u00e2nd re\u0163ele precum Billa \u00eencepeau s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi pun\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia pe hart\u0103.
