Astfel a devenit pasionat de domeniul pe care a ajuns s\u0103 \u00eel cunoasc\u0103 \u00een detaliu, iar \u00een 2023 a decis s\u0103-\u015fi deschid\u0103 propriul restaurant, Cucinetta.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201c\u00cemi doream de mult lucrul acesta, s\u0103 fac eu ceva, mai ales c\u0103 lucram de 10 ani \u00een domeniul restaurantelor din Constan\u0163a. Am \u00eenceput \u00een 2013 s\u0103 lucrez \u00een restaurant, iar \u00eenainte am lucrat 10 ani de zile \u00een HoReCa, dar pe partea de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri\u201d, spune Dan Dic\u0103, proprietarul Cucinetta, \u00eentr-un nou episod al Afaceri de la Zero. Investi\u0163ia s-a ridicat la circa 50.000 de euro, iar restaurantul este situat pe strada \u015etefan cel Mare, una dintre cele mai cunoscute din Constan\u0163a, proasp\u0103t reabilitat\u0103, \u015fi peste drum de Colegiul Na\u0163ional Mircea cel B\u0103tr\u00e2n, cel mai bun liceu din ora\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cAm dou\u0103 mese unite, de 12 persoane, cu buc\u0103t\u0103ie deschis\u0103. Este ca un fel de sufragerie, cu buc\u0103t\u0103ria \u00een ea. Spa\u0163iul este ok pentru c\u0103 discut direct cu clientul, eu fiind cel care g\u0103te\u015fte.\u201d Meniul Cucinetta este organizat ca \u00een orice restaurant italian, cu antipasti, paste, feluri principale, dar \u015fi deserturi \u015fi b\u0103uturi.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201c\u00cencerc s\u0103 fac lucrurile corecte, la un pre\u0163 corect \u015fi s\u0103 \u0163in la calitate. Nimic altceva.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nPlanurile sunt ca la interior s\u0103 fie f\u0103cute anumite modific\u0103ri, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t Cucinetta s\u0103 mai c\u00e2\u015ftige 6-7 locuri. \u00cen plus, odat\u0103 cu venirea verii, Dan Dic\u0103 sper\u0103 s\u0103 poat\u0103 organiza o teras\u0103 \u00een fa\u0163a micu\u0163ului restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cPlanul este de a consolida ceea ce am \u00eenceput.
