Practic vorbesc at\u00e2t de mult la telefon c\u0103 nici nu mai \u015ftiu c\u00e2nd muncesc; nici nu cred c\u0103 vreau s\u0103 calculez \u2013 \u015fi nici s\u0103 m\u0103 pl\u00e2ng \u2013 dar m\u0103 \u00eentreb care sunt solu\u0163iile, \u00een condi\u0163iile \u00een care mul\u0163i dintre colegi lucreaz\u0103 la distan\u0163\u0103, din diferite departamente \u2013 acestora li se adaug\u0103 colaboratorii no\u015ftri externi, cei pe care \u00eei interviev\u0103m etc&#8230; M\u0103 \u201el\u0103udam\u201d ieri unui prieten cu 18 threaduri de WhatsApp (\u015fi \u00eei spuneam c\u0103 dou\u0103 au fost pentru relaxare) \u2013 e mult, pu\u0163in? Pare c\u0103 s-a \u201edemonetizat\u201d comunicarea.<\/p>\n<p>\nNu suntem freelanceri, \u00eens\u0103 munca remote ne-a transformat pe to\u0163i \u00eentr-un soi de freelanceri, responsabili de felul \u00een care ne organiz\u0103m timpul \u2013 dar \u015fi de felul \u00een care ne pozi\u0163ion\u0103m fa\u0163\u0103 de colegii no\u015ftri. Dac\u0103 ad\u0103ug\u0103m discu\u0163iilor profesionale \u015fi aspectele personale ale agendei tale zilnice, discu\u0163iile nu se mai termin\u0103 niciodat\u0103. Cu ocazia acestor dileme, pentru care nu am \u00eenc\u0103 un r\u0103spuns, mi-am amintit de un articol de copert\u0103 scris de colega mea, Adelina Mihai, \u00een vremea \u00een care lucra la Ziarul Financiar.<\/p>\n<p>\nPe atunci se mergea la birou (era 2016), open space-ul triumfa, iar mul\u0163i dintre angaja\u0163i sim\u0163eau c\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi pierd timpul cu \u015fedin\u0163ele.
