{"id":220060,"date":"2023-10-02T10:00:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T10:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=220060"},"modified":"2023-10-02T10:00:08","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T10:00:08","slug":"primarul-robert-negoita-de-la-sectorul-3-face-pasaje-rutiere-care-sa-faciliteze-accesul-in-zona-pallady-unde-fratele-lui-ionut-negoita-ridica-locuinte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=220060","title":{"rendered":"Primarul Robert Negoi\u0163\u0103 de la sectorul 3 face pasaje rutiere care s\u0103 faciliteze accesul \u00een zona Pallady, unde fratele lui, Ionu\u0163 Negoi\u0163\u0103, ridic\u0103 locuin\u0163e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n<em><strong><span style=\"color:#b22222;\">\u2666<\/span> HILS Development, compania lui Ionu\u0163 Negoi\u0163\u0103, ridic\u0103 \u00een partea de est a Capitalei proiectele HILS Pallady (cu 1.908 apartamente finalizate) \u015fi HILS Brauner (cu 1.350 de apartamente, ridicat integral \u015fi \u00een curs de finisare, cu termen de predare \u00een martie 2024).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\nPrim\u0103ria Sectorului 3 a demarat procedurile \u00een vederea construirii unor pasaje care ar urma s\u0103 faciliteze accesul ma\u015finilor c\u0103tre partea de est a Bucure\u015ftiului, zona Pallady, cu centrul comercial Ikea. \u00cen acea zon\u0103, unul dintre cei mai mari investitori \u00een acest moment este compania HILS Development, de\u0163inut\u0103 de Ionu\u0163 Negoi\u0163\u0103, fratele primarului de la sectorul 3, Robert Negoi\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201ePrim\u0103ria Sectorului 3 a predat \u015fi implementat, \u00een ultimii trei ani, mai multe obiective de investi\u0163ii de infra\u00adstruc\u00adtur\u0103, respectiv: parcarea sub\u00adte\u00adran\u0103 Decebal (investi\u0163ie finalizat\u0103 \u00een anul 2021); podul Nicolae Teclu (investi\u0163ie finalizat\u0103 \u00een anul 2020); pa\u00adsajul suprateran Ikea (redat circula\u0163iei \u00een 2023, \u00een execu\u0163ie elemente adi\u00ad\u0163io\u00adnale); pasajul A2 (redat circula\u0163iei \u00een 2023, \u00een execu\u0163ie elemente adi\u00ad\u0163io\u00adnale)\u201c, au transmis repre\u00adzentan\u0163ii Ser\u00adviciului de Pres\u0103 din cadrul Prim\u0103riei Sectorului 3, la solicitarea ZF.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen prezent, adaug\u0103 ei, se \u00eentocmesc proiecte aflate \u00een diferite stadii de proiectare, pentru mai multe pasaje rutiere, printre care: pasajul Mihai Bravu (intersec\u0163ia Baba Novac p\u00e2n\u0103 la Pene\u015f Curcanul); pasajul Dristorului (intersec\u0163ie Baba Novac cu Mihai Bravu, zona strada Dristorului); pasajele Nicolae Grigorescu (intersec\u0163ie cu Camil Ressu, intersec\u0163ie cu Constantin Br\u00e2ncu\u015fi, intersec\u0163ie cu Liviu Rebreanu); pasajele subterane Liviu Rebreanu (intersec\u0163ie cu bdul Camil Ressu, centrul comercial ParkLake, intersec\u0163ie cu C\u00e2mpia Libert\u0103\u0163ii).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eReferitor la investi\u0163iile viitoare, preciz\u0103m c\u0103 acestea sunt \u00een curs de pro\u00adiectare, se identific\u0103 solu\u0163ii optime.
