Conform rezultatelor, toate categoriile de responden\u0163i consider\u0103 c\u0103 adoptarea modific\u0103rilor taxelor \u015fi impozitelor imobiliare ar putea duce la am\u00e2narea deciziilor de achizi\u0163ie a unei locuin\u0163e.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Cum v\u0103d cump\u0103r\u0103torii \u015fi v\u00e2nz\u0103torii noile m\u0103suri fiscale de intermediere imobiliar\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nCei mai mul\u0163i dintre responden\u0163ii interesa\u0163i de achizi\u0163ia sau v\u00e2nzarea unei locuin\u0163e au declarat c\u0103 modificarea taxelor \u015fi impozitelor imobiliare le va influen\u0163a felul \u00een care vor lua deciziile imobiliare (77%), \u00een timp ce 13% au declarat c\u0103 nu ar fi influen\u0163a\u0163i de legile ordonan\u0163ei, \u00een cazul \u00een care aceasta ar putea fi adoptat\u0103. \u00cen acela\u015fi timp, 10% dintre responden\u0163i au men\u0163ionat c\u0103 nu sunt siguri \u00een ce m\u0103sur\u0103 noile legi le-ar afecta viitoarele decizii.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00centreba\u0163i \u00een ce moduri le-ar afecta deciziile de achizi\u0163ie din viitor, 44% dintre responden\u0163ii interesa\u0163i \u00een acest moment de cump\u0103rarea unei locuin\u0163e au declarat c\u0103 ar am\u00e2na s\u0103 cumpere, 25% afirm\u0103 c\u0103 ar renun\u0163a la achizi\u0163ie, \u00een timp ce 21% declar\u0103 c\u0103 s-ar gr\u0103bi s\u0103 cumpere.
