Ponderea creditelor ipotecare \u00een total tranzac\u0163ii imobiliare a sc\u0103zut de la 39% \u00een perioada aprilie 2021-martie 2022 la 32% \u00een perioada aprilie 2022-martie 2023, \u015fi se situeaz\u0103 cu aproximativ 20 de puncte procentuale sub maximul din 2020\u201c, se arat\u0103 \u00een cel mai recent raport al BNR asupra stabilit\u0103\u0163ii financiare. Cererea a fost mai robust\u0103 \u00een zona Bucure\u015fti-Ilfov, unde num\u0103rul de tranzac\u0163ii a fost constant, \u00een timp ce \u00een restul \u0163\u0103rii s-a \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere de 16% \u00een ultimul an.<\/p>\n<p>\nSc\u0103derea apetitului rom\u00e2nilor pentru locuin\u0163e pe credit \u00een primul trimestru din acest an, \u00eentr-un context caracterizat de infla\u0163ie mare \u015fi cre\u015ftere a dob\u00e2nzilor, s-a v\u0103zut \u015fi \u00een cifrele privind volumul creditelor ipotecare noi.
