style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Aceast\u0103 lips\u0103 de norme de aplicare las\u0103 un vid legislativ periculos, iar consecin\u0163ele se resimt \u00een publicitatea \u00een\u015fel\u0103toare \u015fi mincinoas\u0103<\/strong>, care atinge propor\u0163ii care sfideaz\u0103 siguran\u0163\u0103 sanitar\u0103 \u015fi bunul gust al consumatorilor, autorit\u0103\u0163ilor competente s\u0103 intervin\u0103 de urgen\u0163\u0103 pentru reglementarea acestei situa\u0163ii, care devine din ce \u00een ce mai dificil de controlat, prin implementarea <\/strong><strong>unui set de masuri cum ar fi cele de mai jos pe<\/strong><strong>ntru a combate publicitatea periculoas\u0103 la suplimentele alimentare, \u00een normele de aplicare la Legea 56\/<\/strong><strong>20<\/strong><strong>21:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>limitarea duratei clipurilor publicitare la maximum 60 secunde; <\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>interzicerea utiliz\u0103rii de testimoniale sau role-play-uri cu medici \u015fi farmaci\u015fti;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>interzicerea formelor de promovare care se bazeaz\u0103 pe recomand\u0103rile unor societ\u0103\u0163i medicale specifice;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>interzicerea utiliz\u0103rii unor expresii precum&nbsp; \u201cbazat pe studii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>interzicerea cit\u0103rii unor studii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, \u00een cazul \u00een care marca promovat\u0103 nu a participat la acestea;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li \u201crevolu\u0163ionar\u201d, \u201cinovator\u201d, \u201csalvator\u201d \u2013 sau alte afirma\u0163ii similare. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nTotodat\u0103, <strong>PRIMER cere \u00eenfiin\u0163area unei agen\u0163ii specializate \u00een aprobarea con\u0163inutului publicitar<\/strong> \u015fi sanc\u0163ionarea cu amenzi ustur\u0103toare a produc\u0103torilor, investitorilor media sau agen\u0163iilor de publicitate care nu se conformeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen plus, PRIMER <strong>solicit\u0103 o aplicare mai strict\u0103 \u015fi sever\u0103 a legilor \u015fi regulamentelor existente \u00een domeniul publicit\u0103\u0163ii<\/strong>, \u00een special a celor stabilite de Consiliul Na\u0163ional al Audiovizualului (CNA), care sunt adecvate \u00een forma actual\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPRIMER considera c\u0103 toate aceste m\u0103suri sunt imperios necesare pentru a proteja interesele consumatorilor \u015fi pentru a restabili imaginea industriei suplimentelor alimentare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen acest context, este esen\u0163ial ca <strong>autorit\u0103\u0163ile s\u0103 ac\u0163ioneze rapid \u00een vederea reglement\u0103rii eficiente a publicit\u0103\u0163ii produselor din <\/strong><strong>categoria<\/strong><strong> suplimentelor alimentare, pentru a garanta, astfel, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u015fi siguran\u0163a consumatorilor \u015fi pentru a stopa aceast\u0103 escaladare a practicilor incorecte<\/strong><strong> si periculoase<\/strong><strong> de publicitate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDin <strong>PRIMER <\/strong>fac parte cele
