Acesta este un semnal important pentru companii, mai ales c\u0103 o parte semnificativ\u0103 dintre oameni (\u00eentre 32 \u015fi 43%) au afirmat c\u0103 \u015fi-ar c\u0103uta un alt loc de munc\u0103 dac\u0103 nu li s-ar m\u0103ri salariul\u201c, afirm\u0103 Costin Tudor, fondator \u015fi CEO Undelucram.ro<\/p>\n<p>\nCei mai mul\u0163i dintre angaja\u0163ii din regiune nu au fost anun\u0163a\u0163i c\u0103 vor avea salarii mai mari \u00een 2023. \u00cen Bulgaria, 77% dintre angaja\u0163i afirm\u0103 c\u0103 nu au fost informa\u0163i despre o posibil\u0103 majorare salarial\u0103, urma\u0163i de Rom\u00e2nia (75%), Moldova (71%), Grecia (66%) \u015fi Ungaria (60%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen cazul \u00een care nu vor primi o majorare salarial\u0103, \u00eentre 32 \u015fi 43% dintre angaja\u0163ii din regiune \u00ee\u015fi vor c\u0103uta un alt job, \u00een timp ce 18-30% dintre angaja\u0163i nu au niciun plan.<\/p>\n<p>\nRom\u00e2nia este \u0163ara cu cei mai pu\u0163ini angaja\u0163i care ar c\u0103uta un al doilea job (12%), dar \u015fi cu cei mai mul\u0163i care ar \u00eencerca s\u0103 negocieze o majorare salarial\u0103 cu managerul lor (19%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Republica Moldova este cel mai mare procent de angaja\u0163i care \u015fi-ar lua un al doilea job sau o colaborare (22%), iar Ungaria este \u0163ara cu cel mai mare procent de salaria\u0163i care nu au niciun plan \u00een cazul \u00een care nu vor primi o majorare salarial\u0103 (30%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Ungaria este cel mai mare procent de angaja\u0163i care primesc o cre\u015ftere salarial\u0103 anual\u0103 (58%), \u00een timp ce \u00een Grecia sunt cei mai mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i care au parte de salarii mai mari doar \u00een urma unei discu\u0163ii cu managerul lor (59%).<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen Republica Moldova conteaz\u0103 cel mai mult performan\u0163a, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t 34% dintre salaria\u0163i primesc o cre\u015ftere salarial\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ie de rezultate.<\/p>\n<p>\nBulgaria este \u0163ara cu cei mai mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i care primesc o majorare salarial\u0103 doar dac\u0103 ocup\u0103 anumite func\u0163ii (14%), iar Rom\u00e2nia este \u0163ara cu cei mai mul\u0163i angaja\u0163i care primesc o cre\u015ftere salarial\u0103 de dou\u0103 ori pe an (2%).<\/p>\n<p>\nSondajul a fost realizat \u00een intervalul decembrie 2022 &#8211; martie 2023, av\u00e2nd ca responden\u0163i 12.801 angaja\u0163i din Rom\u00e2nia, Republica Moldova, Bulgaria, Ungaria \u015fi Grecia.
