Deja vedem investi\u0163ii de sute de milioane de euro \u00een noi unit\u0103\u0163i de produc\u0163ie \u015fi proiecte logistice \u015fi tot mai multe branduri interna\u0163ionale aleg Bra\u015fovul pentru investi\u0163ii \u00een unit\u0103\u0163i noi de cazare. Deschiderea aeroportului Bra\u015fov va avea un impact semnificativ \u00een dezvoltarea economic\u0103 a ora\u015fului c\u00e2t \u015fi a segmentului turistic, Bra\u015fovul \u015fi Poiana Bra\u015fov av\u00e2nd \u00een continuare un poten\u0163ial semnificativ de a atrage noi investi\u0163ii\u201d, explic\u0103 Ionu\u0163 Nicolescu, pre\u015fedinte SVN Romania.<\/p>\n<p>\nUltimele date ale Institutului Na\u0163ional de Statistic\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 peste 423.000 de turi\u015fti viziteaz\u0103 \u015fi se cazeaz\u0103 anual \u00een Bra\u015fov. Concomitent, la finalul anului 2022 existau 56 de hoteluri in ora\u015f, cu un total de peste 6.800 de camere. Acestora li se adaug\u0103 alte c\u00e2teva mii de locuri de cazare \u00een diferite unit\u0103\u0163i de cazare dar \u015fi locuin\u0163e exploatate \u00een scop turistic, care atrag anual un num\u0103r de alte c\u00e2teva sute de mii de turi\u015fti, potrivit estim\u0103rilor SVN Romania \u00ce Bra\u015fov.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201dBra\u015fovul se transform\u0103 \u00eentr-un pol economic major na\u0163ional, fie c\u0103 vorbim c\u0103 vorbim de investi\u0163ii \u00een industrie, \u00een sectorul IT&amp;C sau servicii. Ora\u015ful a devenit \u015fi o destina\u0163ie pentru migra\u0163ia intern\u0103, \u00een special din zona de sud a \u0163\u0103rii, tendin\u0163\u0103 care se va amplifica dup\u0103 inaugurarea aeroportului, care va oferi acces interna\u0163ional f\u0103r\u0103 a mai c\u0103l\u0103tori spre Bucure\u015fti, Sibiu sau Cluj-Napoca. \u00cenregistr\u0103m o efervescen\u0163\u0103 pe segmentul comercial al pie\u0163ei imobiliare, \u00een timp ce segmentul premium al pie\u0163ei reziden\u0163iale atrage noi investitori, \u00eentr-un context \u00een yield-urile poten\u0163iale \u00een euro dep\u0103\u015fesc 10% anual, \u0163in\u00e2nd cont de perioada de exploatare care se \u00eentinde pe tot parcursul anului\u201d, adaug\u0103 R\u0103zvan Cali\u0163a, managing partner SVN Romania \u00ce Bra\u015fov.<\/p>\n<p>\nPre\u0163ul mediu de tranzac\u0163ionare al locuin\u0163elor amplasate \u00een interiorul ora\u015fului este de aproximativ 1.570 de euro, \u00een cre\u015ftere cu aproximativ \u015fase procente comparativ cu martie 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\nSVN Romania este unul dintre cele mai mari juc\u0103tori activi pe pia\u0163a de consultan\u0163\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi liderul deta\u015fat al segmentului reziden\u0163ial. Compania are \u015fi trei birouri regionale, \u00een Bra\u015fov, Cluj \u2013 Napoca \u015fi Covasna \u015fi este consultantul \u015fi agentul a peste 15 proiecte reziden\u0163iale amplasate \u00een Bucure\u015fti \u015fi \u00een \u0163ar\u0103.
