De asemenea, a r\u0103mas constant raportul de 14 elevi la un cadrul didactic pe ansamblul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103\u00adm\u00e2n\u00adtu\u00adlui preuniversitar\u201d, scrie raportul citat. Cel mai mare raport al num\u0103rului de elevi per cadru didactic este \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103\u00adm\u00e2ntul primar, de 18 elevi per dasc\u0103l. Cel mai sc\u0103zut raport este de 10 elevi pe cadru didactic \u015fi se \u00eenregis\u00adtreaz\u0103 \u00een cazul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului gim\u00adnazial.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eAcest lucru eviden\u0163iaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 politicile de personal \u015fi m\u0103surile de ra\u0163ionalizare a re\u0163elei \u00een \u015fcolile rurale nu au \u00eenc\u0103 eficacitatea a\u015fteptat\u0103. Diferen\u0163a pe medii de reziden\u0163\u0103 \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar de mas\u0103 \u015fi \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul gimnazial de mas\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n constante fa\u0163\u0103 de anul anterior.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa nivel european \u00eenc\u0103 nu exist\u0103 date publicate despre acest indicator la nivelul anului \u015fcolar 2021 \u2013 2022. Ultimele date disponibile, cele din 2020, arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia acest raport a fost de circa 13 elevi per cadru didactic. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nValori ale acestui indicator apropiate de ale Rom\u00e2niei (12,9) s-au \u00eenregistrat \u00een Slovacia (12,9), Cehia \u015fi Danemarca (11,9), Fran\u0163a \u015fi Olanda (13,8). La nivelul aceluia\u015fi an, cele mai mici valori s-au \u00eenregistrat \u00een Malta (5,8), Luxemburg (7,1) \u015fi Norvegia (8,3).
