A devenit astfel responsabil acum de un business format din 92 de restaurante \u015fi cafenele, care a generat \u00een 2020 afaceri de 869 de milioane de lei \u015fi un profit net de 87,6 milioane de lei. Primul s\u0103u loc de munc\u0103 a fost chiar la McDonald\u2019s, odat\u0103 cu intrarea pe pia\u0163a din Rom\u00e2nia a lan\u0163ului de restaurante cu servire rapid\u0103 (quick service restaurant \u2013 QSR), \u00een 1995. Ce l-a motivat s\u0103 lucreze pentru aceea\u015fi companie aproape trei decenii? \u201eSunt con\u015ftient c\u0103 acest parcurs \u2013 \u015fi faptul c\u0103 am r\u0103mas o perioad\u0103 at\u00e2t de \u00eendelungat\u0103 \u00een cadrul acestui business \u2013 a fost determinat de valorile pe care le-am reg\u0103sit aici \u015fi de sus\u0163inerea de care se bucur\u0103 fiecare angajat pentru dezvoltarea poten\u0163ialului s\u0103u. A \u00eendeplinit apoi atribu\u0163ii de consultant de opera\u0163iuni \u00een Canada, de unde s-a \u00eentors s\u0103 preia func\u0163ia de manager de opera\u0163iuni \u015fi, ulterior, director de opera\u0163iuni, coordon\u00e2nd toate restaurantele din \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi supraveghind dezvoltarea strategic\u0103 a fluxurilor opera\u0163ionale. \u00cen 2018, s-a al\u0103turat echipei din Malta, \u0163ara de origine businessului Premier Restaurants, unde a condus lan\u0163ul de restaurante timp de aproximativ doi ani: \u201eAm reu\u015fit s\u0103 construiesc echipe puternice, \u00een\u0163eleg\u00e2nd mai bine cultura local\u0103 \u015fi obiceiurile consumatorilor de acolo\u201d. \u00cen vara lui 2020, \u00een plin\u0103 pandemie, a preluat rolul de director general al afacerii din Rom\u00e2nia. Dr\u0103gan spune c\u0103 unul dintre motivele pentru care a revenit a fost tocmai cel de a pune \u00een aplicare ceea ce a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at peste grani\u0163e: \u201e\u00cen 2020 am revenit cu bucurie \u015fi cu mult\u0103 determinare de a pune \u00een aplicare tot ceea ce am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at de-a lungul timpului din fiecare experien\u0163\u0103 interna\u0163ional\u0103 \u00een parte. Am reg\u0103sit \u00een Rom\u00e2nia colegi \u015fi prieteni cu care lucrasem \u00een urm\u0103 cu mul\u0163i ani, dar \u015fi noi colegi \u2013 tineri ambi\u0163io\u015fi, profesioni\u015fti \u015fi dornici de afirmare. \u00cempreun\u0103 ne-am propus s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m \u00een continuare businessul prin calitatea produselor \u015fi serviciilor pe care le oferim, prin digitalizare, dar \u015fi prin formarea unor echipe dedicate, cu grij\u0103 pentru oameni \u015fi nevoile acestora.\u201d Prioritatea sa principal\u0103 se leag\u0103, de altfel, spune el, de dezvoltarea echipei \u2013 \u201eUn business nu poate func\u0163iona f\u0103r\u0103 o grij\u0103 sporit\u0103 pentru oamenii care i se dedic\u0103, iar din punctul meu de vedere, echipa este catalizatorul succesului nostru de-a lungul anilor\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen acest moment au peste 5.000 de angaja\u0163i, r\u0103sp\u00e2ndi\u0163i \u00een cele 28 de ora\u015fe ale \u0163\u0103rii unde sunt prezen\u0163i.
