Au urmat c\u00e2\u0163iva ani \u00een care \u015fi-a des\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fit arta prepar\u0103rii cafelei \u00een propriile ce\u015fti, fiind home barista, pasionat de cafeaua de specialitate p\u00e2n\u0103 la ultima pic\u0103tur\u0103. \u00cel interesa tot traseul, de la recoltare \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 la pr\u0103jire, apoi mai departe la gust, a\u015fa c\u0103, fiind con\u015ftient c\u0103 dintr-o pasiune a\u015fa mare se pot na\u015ftere lucruri m\u0103re\u0163e, a decis c\u0103 este timpul pentru pasul urm\u0103tor. \u201eAnul 2020 a fost cel \u00een care am absolvit facultatea \u015fi anul \u00een care, \u00abdatorit\u0103\u00bb pandemiei, am reu\u015fit s\u0103 m\u0103 concentrez pe ceea ce ast\u0103zi este Roastery 29.\u201d Adic\u0103 o pr\u0103jitorie din Sibiu, pentru cei m\u0103car la fel de pasiona\u0163i de cafea precum Cristi.<\/p>\n<p>\nIni\u0163ial, a \u00eencercat s\u0103 acceseze fonduri prin programul guvernamental Start-Up Nation, \u00eens\u0103 cum programul \u00eent\u00e2rzia s\u0103 se lanseze, \u015fi-a f\u0103cut curaj \u015fi a ales s\u0103 porneasc\u0103 la drum cu fondurile de care dispunea la acel moment \u015fi cu ceva ajutor din familie.<\/p>\n<p>\nOctombrie 2021 este luna \u00een care a pr\u0103jit primele \u015farje \u00een pr\u0103jitoria proprie, adic\u0103 patru saci de cafea cu o mas\u0103 total\u0103 de aproximativ 250 de kilograme. \u201eFolosesc un pr\u0103jitor de 2,5 kilograme \u00een flux de aer cald.
