Acesta a devenit, de altfel, \u015fi brandul lor, sub care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 afacerea \u00een produc\u0163ia \u015fi v\u00e2nzarea de sparanghel, o legum\u0103 care a c\u00e2\u015ftigat tot mai mul\u0163i adep\u0163i pe pia\u0163a din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nPrin anul 2011, am citit un articol \u00een care erau descrise beneficiile sparanghelului, at\u00e2t din perspectiva consumului acestuia, c\u00e2t \u015fi din cea a profitabilit\u0103\u0163ii unei culturi. Aceast\u0103 legum\u0103 c\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult teren \u00een \u0163\u0103ri precum Germania, Anglia, Spania, fiind apreciat\u0103 pentru propriet\u0103\u0163ile ei nutritive\u201d, spune Daniel Toma.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ce\u015fi aminte\u015fte c\u0103, \u00een primii ani, lucra la jobul lui de zi cu zi \u00een Bucure\u015fti \u00een sezoanele reci, iar la \u00eenceputul prim\u0103verilor venea la Amara, \u00een jude\u0163ul Buz\u0103u, pentru a se ocupa de cultura de sparanghel. Deoarece suprafe\u0163ele culturilor au crescut \u015fi implicit \u015fi volumul de munc\u0103, Daniel a decis c\u0103 este momentul s\u0103 se mute definitiv \u00een casa bunicilor, unde, de altfel, \u00ee\u015fi petrecuse prima jum\u0103tate a copil\u0103riei. \u201eC\u00e2nd am \u00eenfiin\u0163at prima cultur\u0103, investi\u0163ia a fost de c\u00e2teva mii de euro. Am achizi\u0163ionat material s\u0103ditor \u2013 coroanele de sparanghel, terenul \u015fi c\u00e2teva utilaje agricole.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nBusinessul celor doi fra\u0163i a devenit tot mai cunoscut de la un an la altul \u00een r\u00e2ndul consumatorilor de sparanghel, iar pentru a-\u015fi cre\u015fte portofoliul, fra\u0163ii Toma au c\u0103utat solu\u0163ii de a ajunge cu legumele \u015fi \u00een alte ora\u015fe, nu doar \u00een Bucure\u015fti. \u201eR\u0103d\u0103cinile le distribuim \u00een special persoanelor fizice care doresc s\u0103 aib\u0103 sparanghel \u00een propria gr\u0103din\u0103. \u00cen cei aproximativ nou\u0103 ani de c\u00e2nd le comercializ\u0103m, coroanele de sparanghel produse de noi au ajuns \u00een toate zonele \u0163\u0103rii, inclusiv \u00een zonele de munte, unde, din spusele clien\u0163ilor, acestea s-au adaptat f\u0103r\u0103 probleme.<\/p>\n<p>\nAprovizion\u0103m cu sparanghel \u015fi broccolini c\u00e2teva b\u0103c\u0103nii \u015fi restaurante, iar de anul trecut am \u00eenceput s\u0103 colabor\u0103m \u015fi cu c\u00e2teva hipermarketuri online.\u201d Toma Sparanghel se poate g\u0103si astfel \u00een restaurante precum Kan\u00e9, Voil\u00e0 Bistro, Il Locale, FAYN Urban Eatery \u015fi La Cuptor din Sibiu. Nu se \u00eempiedic\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 de niciun obstacol \u015fi continu\u0103 s\u0103 duc\u0103 businessul mai departe, construit pe r\u0103d\u0103cini solide.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eMunca \u00een agricultur\u0103 este grea, dar are \u015fi p\u0103r\u0163ile ei frumoase.
