In cladire mai au spatii<br \/>\ninchiriate companiile Voith Siemens si Agility iar o companie de<br \/>\ntehnologie medicala va ocupa 500 de metri patrati.<\/p>\n<p>Cladirea ajunge astfel la un grad de ocupare de 60% potrivit<br \/>\nreprezentantilor dezvoltatorului, S+B Gruppe.
