Ei bine, undeva \u00een Baia Mare, Anca V\u0103lean \u015fi-a asumat rolul de \u201eresponsabil r\u0103st\u0103u\u0163e\u201d, fiind cea care a pl\u0103m\u0103dit o afacere cu un produs la care pu\u0163ini s-ar fi g\u00e2ndit, dar care d\u0103 savoare m\u00e2nc\u0103rurilor cu care este compatibil. Anii au trecut \u015fi \u00een via\u0163a noastr\u0103 a ap\u0103rut o feti\u0163\u0103 c\u0103reia ne-am dorit s\u0103-i oferim o alimenta\u0163ie c\u00e2t mai natural\u0103\u201d, poveste\u015fte Anca V\u0103lean.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u015ei a\u015fa s-a \u00eentors la tradi\u0163ia din familia ei \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fac\u0103, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, r\u0103st\u0103u\u0163ele cu care fusese obi\u015fnuit\u0103. Av\u00e2nd gr\u0103din\u0103 la \u0163ar\u0103, la bunici, a hot\u0103r\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163easc\u0103 pastele cu legume care mai de care mai colorate \u015fi mai pline de vitamine. \u015ei practic a\u015fa a luat na\u015ftere proiectul R\u0103st\u0103u\u0163e maramure\u015fene, ca o afacere de familiei \u00een care Anc\u0103i, absolvent\u0103 de administra\u0163ie public\u0103 la Universitatea Babe\u015f-Bolyai din Cluj-Napoca \u015fi \u00een prezent angajat\u0103 \u00een corpora\u0163ie, \u00eei este al\u0103turi so\u0163ul ei, Corneliu V\u0103lean, absolvent de inginerie alimentar\u0103 la Universitatea de Nord din Baia Mare \u015fi ajutor ocazional \u00een atelierul de t\u0103i\u0163ei. Pasiunea pentru aluaturi, legume \u015fi culori r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eens\u0103 \u00een sarcina Anc\u0103i. \u201eC\u0103ut\u0103m constant informa\u0163ii noi de la omologii no\u015ftri din alte \u0163\u0103ri cu o tradi\u0163ie \u00een materie de paste, pentru a putea oferi clien\u0163ilor no\u015ftri un produs de excep\u0163ie produs \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cen momentul de fa\u0163\u0103 de atelier ne ocup\u0103m noi doi \u015fi avem un angajat care ne ajut\u0103 pe partea de produc\u0163ie.\u201d Anca \u015fi Corneliu au \u00eenceput atelierul de paste artizanale cu o investi\u0163ie proprie de aproximativ 4.000 de euro, iar pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce au primit comenzi au reinvestit tot profitul \u00een dotarea continu\u0103 a atelierului, \u00een cursuri de perfec\u0163ionare \u00een produc\u0163ia de paste, dar \u015fi \u00een cursuri de educa\u0163ie antreprenorial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eUnul dintre cele mai ambi\u0163ioase proiecte la care am participat anul trecut a fost provocarea de a asigura \u00eentr-un termen foarte scurt peste 3.000 de pachete cadou \u00een perioada Cr\u0103ciunului pentru o multina\u0163ional\u0103 din jude\u0163\u201d, \u00ee\u015fi aminte\u015fte Anca V\u0103lean.<\/p>\n<p>\nProvoc\u0103rile sunt \u00een general \u015fi mai multe, cele mai mari \u00een acest moment fiind men\u0163inerea pre\u0163ului \u015fi a calit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een pofida cre\u015fterilor de pre\u0163 la energie electric\u0103, materie prim\u0103, combustibil, f\u0103r\u0103 a industrializa procesul de produc\u0163ie a pastelor, \u015fi men\u0163inerea procesului manual de produc\u0163ie, ambalare, etichetare, dar \u015fi uscare \u00een mod tradi\u0163ional. \u201eAm \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at s\u0103 nu renun\u0163\u0103m la primul refuz, am \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at c\u0103 pa\u015fii mici, dar siguri sunt foarte importan\u0163i, am mai \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at c\u0103 avem nevoie de cuno\u015ftin\u0163e antreprenoriale pentru a ne putea dezvolta mai departe, dar \u015fi s\u0103 avem \u00eencredere c\u0103 munca depus\u0103 \u00een crearea unui produs de calitate superioar\u0103 va fi apreciat\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nAnul 2022 s-a \u00eencheiat cu o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de peste 100.000 de lei pentru R\u0103st\u0103u\u0163e maramure\u015fene, iar la \u00eenceputul acestui an, \u00een echip\u0103 \u015fi-a f\u0103cut loc un angajat nou pentru ambalare \u015fi etichetare. Pentru anul 2023, planul familiei V\u0103lean este de extindere a atelierului cu \u00eenc\u0103 unul similar, unde \u00eens\u0103 s\u0103 prepare paste 100% f\u0103r\u0103 gluten, pentru acele persoane cu intoleran\u0163\u0103 sau alergie. Tot \u00een 2023 \u00ee\u015fi doresc s\u0103 acceseze fonduri europene pentru extinderea actualului atelier, retehnologizare \u015fi dezvoltare. \u201eAvem \u00een plan participarea la evenimente de v\u00e2nzare \u015fi promovare a pastelor at\u00e2t la nivel na\u0163ional, c\u00e2t \u015fi la nivel interna\u0163ional.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nClientul tipic care cump\u0103r\u0103 r\u0103st\u0103u\u0163ele maramure\u015fene este persoana atent\u0103 la produsele alimentare care ajung pe masa familiei, care apreciaz\u0103 munca manual\u0103, dar \u015fi ingredientele atent alese din produsele consumate. Cump\u0103r\u0103torul caut\u0103 de regul\u0103 produse cu un lan\u0163 scurt de aprovizionare, c\u00e2t mai pu\u0163in procesate, proaspete \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103toase, f\u0103r\u0103 aditivi, coloran\u0163i \u015fi conservan\u0163i. \u00cen r\u00e2ndul clien\u0163ilor intermediari se \u00eenscriu magazinele de specialitate cu produse gourmet, care vor produse naturale. \u00cen atelierul din Baia Mare, cei care vor s\u0103 cumpere o g\u0103sesc pe Anca aproape zilnic, \u00een prima parte a zilei. Ca alternativ\u0103, pot comanda online, pe site-ul propriu al brandului, dar pot g\u0103si produsele \u015fi la t\u00e2rguri de produc\u0103tori sau \u00een b\u0103c\u0103nii din diverse ora\u015fe. Pre\u0163ul pentru o pung\u0103 de 250 de grame de paste artizanale \u00eencepe de la 15 lei \u015fi poate ajunge p\u00e2n\u0103 la 35 de lei, \u00een func\u0163ie de ingredientul care d\u0103 aroma pastelor.
