In prezent, averea lui Ion Lazar este estimata la 16 milioane de dolari in topul celor mai bogati romani.<\/P><SPAN class=text>  <P align=justify><STRONG>ACTIONARIAT:<\/STRONG> 57% din actiuni sunt detinute de Ion Lazar, 37% ii revin companiei franceze SIIF, restul apartinand unor actionari mai mici. SIIF este si un important generator de venituri pentru companie, platind chirie pentru terenul pe care a construit un sediu de birouri.&nbsp; <\/P>  <P align=justify><STRONG>PROFITABILITATE:<\/STRONG> Firma a avut anul trecut o rata a profitului de aproape 50% dintr-o cifra de afaceri de 2,2 milioane de euro. Profitul este mare datorita veniturilor din chirii.
