El nu crede ca se va rupe acordul cu FMI si ca avem in
\ncontinuare nevoie de acesta, in contextul in care, de-a lungul
\ntimpului, derapajele au inceput atunci cand Romania nu a avut acord
\ncu institutia financiara internationala.<\/p>\n

“Trebuie sa recunoastem – eu vorbesc din afara sistemului de
\nguvernare, dar am fost si in sistemul de guvernare -, Romania are o
\ncapacitate de guvernare modesta, daca nu chiar slaba. In
\nconsecinta, capacitatea de guvernare trebuie ramforsata periodic de
\nniste ancore externe, de cineva care este mai putin emotiv si care
