La \u00eenceput a fost doar membru \u00eentr-un forum despre cafea de specialitate, apoi a trecut \u00een postura de blogger \u00een lumea acestei licori, dar \u015fi \u00een cea a whisky-ului \u015fi a trabucurilor. Ce au toate \u00een comun? Aromele. \u015ei de aici mai departe, \u015etefan Dinescu-Cr\u0103ciun a continuat s\u0103 dezvolte varia\u0163iuni pe aceea\u015fi tem\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nA urmat achizi\u0163ionarea primului espressor de cafea, pe care l-am modificat pentru performan\u0163e superioare, mul\u0163i bani \u015fi mult timp investit \u00een cafea, echipamente \u015fi autoeducare, articole, interviuri, cursuri de specializare \u00een cafea, de\u015fi lucram \u00eentr-un domeniu total diferit. Stocurile de cafea verde reprezint\u0103 \u00een jur de 48.000 de euro anual.\u201d Cu \u015fapte angaja\u0163i, businessul lui \u015etefan Dinescu-Cr\u0103ciun merge mai bine dec\u00e2t se a\u015ftepta dup\u0103 cei doi ani de pandemie, c\u00e2nd activitatea a fost foarte afectat\u0103, spune el. Avem clien\u0163i \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 care \u00ee\u015fi comand\u0103 cafeaua online, oameni pasiona\u0163i care au acas\u0103 espressoare \u015fi r\u00e2\u015fni\u0163e de mii de euro sau persoane cu venituri mai mici care totu\u015fi cump\u0103r\u0103 cafea de specialitate pentru a-\u015fi \u00eencepe ziua cu o cea\u015fc\u0103 bun\u0103 de cafea la ibric.\u201d La Caffe Corretto, b\u0103uturile cost\u0103 \u00eentre 11 \u015fi 17 lei, \u00een func\u0163ie de cantit\u0103\u0163ile de cafea \u015fi lapte \u015fi de tipul de lapte.<\/p>\n<p>\nCafeaua pr\u0103jit\u0103, la r\u00e2ndul ei, are pre\u0163uri cuprinse \u00eentre 130 \u015fi 150 de lei pe kilogram. \u201eAm supravie\u0163uit datorit\u0103 magazinului online \u015fi livr\u0103rilor pe care le-am f\u0103cut cu ajutorul serviciilor de curierat.
