Cercetarea a fost publicat\u0103 \u00een revista \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/15\/1\/214#B9-nutrients-15-00214\" target=\"_blank\">MDPI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\u00cen studiul \u201eLeg\u0103tura dintre b\u0103uturile \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r \u015fi pierderea p\u0103rului la b\u0103rba\u0163i tineri\u201d eviden\u0163iaz\u0103 cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului de cazuri de pierdere a p\u0103rului la b\u0103rba\u0163i \u00een China dar \u015fi SUA. \u00cen China spre exemplu, prevalen\u0163a c\u0103derii p\u0103rului la b\u0103rba\u0163i a crescut de la 21,3% \u00een 2010 la 27,5% \u00een 2021.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>\nCercet\u0103torii chinezi au analizat datele din SUA care au ar\u0103tat cantit\u0103\u0163i mari de consum de b\u0103uturi \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r. Cifrele de la Centers for Disease Control (CDC) arat\u0103 c\u0103 63% din tinerii americani \u015fi 49% din adul\u0163i consum\u0103 zilnic b\u0103uturi \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r.<\/p>\n<p>\nCe tip de b\u0103uturi trebuie consumat mai rar<\/p>\n<p>\nB\u0103uturile \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r includ sucurile obi\u015fnuite, b\u0103uturile cu arom\u0103 de fructe, b\u0103uturile energizante, apele \u00eendulcite, cafeaua \u015fi b\u0103uturile de ceai cu adaos de zaharuri.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen cele mai multe cazuri, b\u0103uturile \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r prezint\u0103 diferite tipuri de zaharuri, inclusiv zah\u0103r brun, \u00eendulcitor de porumb, sirop de porumb, dextroz\u0103, fructoz\u0103, glucoz\u0103, sirop de porumb cu con\u0163inut ridicat de fructoz\u0103, miere, lactoz\u0103, sirop de mal\u0163, maltoz\u0103, melas\u0103, zah\u0103r brut \u015fi zaharoz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nConsumul de b\u0103uturi \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r este asociat cu cre\u015fterea \u00een greutate, obezitatea, diabetul de tip 2, bolile de inim\u0103, bolile renale, bolile hepatice non-alcoolice, cariile dentare sau cariile, guta \u015fi artrita, precizeaz\u0103 CDC.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\nStudiul a evaluat 1.020 de participan\u0163i din 31 de provincii diferite din China, cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 18 \u015fi 45 de ani. B\u0103rba\u0163ii mai predispu\u015fi la chelire erau peste 500.
