Exist\u0103 o veste bun\u0103: un studiu publicat \u00een urm\u0103 cu c\u00e2teva zile \u00een revista <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/14\/22\/4776)\" target=\"_blank\">Nutrients<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;arat\u0103 c\u0103 exist\u0103 un aliment care poate avea un efect protector \u00eempotriva impactului negativ al stresului academic.<\/p>\n<h2>\n50 de grame pe zi<\/h2>\n<p>\nPotrivit cercet\u0103torilor de la Universitatea din Australia de Sud, consumul a 50 de grame de nuci \u00een fiecare zi este suficient pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i unii indicatori de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, lega\u0163i de studiul stresului.
