De la ideea de \u201eHai \u00een cartier!\u201d s-a ajuns la ceea ce a devenit Coffee in 30 seconds, un local mic \u015fi cochet de cartier, cu cafea bun\u0103, nu departe de Parcul Tineretului.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nAm \u00eenceput c\u0103ut\u0103rile de spa\u0163ii prin cartiere, spa\u0163ii mici, cochete, \u00een care s\u0103 putem dezvolta o lume a cafelei de specialitate, s\u0103 d\u0103m \u015fansa cartierului s\u0103 se cunoasc\u0103 \u015fi altfel, prin intermediul unei cafele bune, s\u0103 cre\u0103m un spa\u0163iu de networking, un spa\u0163iu \u00een care nu neap\u0103rat vii s\u0103 bei o cafea, ci mai degrab\u0103 e\u015fti parte dintr-o poveste plin\u0103 de arome \u015fi de note subtile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u0103ut\u0103rile au \u00eenceput \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 nu s-au oprit, spune C\u0103t\u0103lin Iliescu, \u00eens\u0103 primul cartier care l-a g\u0103zduit ca s\u0103-\u015fi concretizeze ideea a fost cartierul Tineretului, cu un spa\u0163iu mic, dar suficient c\u00e2t s\u0103-\u015fi poat\u0103 desf\u0103\u015fura activit\u0103\u0163ile de preparare a b\u0103uturilor pe baz\u0103 de cafea. A\u015fa s-a deschis, cu aproximativ un an \u00een urm\u0103, shopul cu cafea de specialitate ce poart\u0103 numele Coffee in 30 Seconds. De ce aceast\u0103 denumire? \u201eNumele are o foarte mare semnifica\u0163ie pentru mine \u015fi pentru concept.<\/p>\n<p>\nPractic, este parte major\u0103 \u00een concept. Nu \u00eemi dau seama dac\u0103 nu ar fi fost Coffee in 30 Seconds, oare cum s-ar fi numit. Se f\u0103cea c\u0103 acum poate mai bine de 15 ani \u00eencepeam s\u0103 ascult ceva din muzica interna\u0163ional\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 mult\u0103 muzic\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u015fi acel band pe care \u00eel ascultam se numea \u015fi se nume\u015fte \u00een continuare 30 Seconds to Mars.\u201d I-a pl\u0103cut muzica lor, le-a urm\u0103rit evolu\u0163ia de-a lungul timpului, a\u015fa c\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd a avut ocazia, a vrut s\u0103 \u00eencununeze aceast\u0103 apreciere \u00een numele propriului businees.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5853\/21227354\/4\/coffee-in-30-seconds-4.jpg?height=456&#038;width=305\" style=\"width: 305px; height: 456px;\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/storage0.dms.mpinteractiv.ro\/media\/401\/341\/5853\/21227354\/3\/coffee-in-30-seconds-6.jpg?height=456&#038;width=305\" style=\"width: 305px; height: 456px; margin-left: 2px; margin-right: 2px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nCoffee in 30 Seconds a fost varianta de nume care a sunat cel mai bine pentru C\u0103t\u0103lin \u015fi pentru prietenii din jurul lui, a\u015fa c\u0103 \u015fi-a setat un target: s\u0103 poat\u0103 servi cafeaua clien\u0163ilor \u00een 30 de secunde sau m\u0103car pe aproape. \u201ePrivind dintr-o alt\u0103 perspectiv\u0103 lucrurile, pl\u0103cerea de a cunoa\u015fte oameni, de a sta de taine cu ei dou\u0103, trei, cinci minute, mi-a oferit sus\u0163inerea \u015fi \u00eencrederea c\u0103 ideea mea prinde contur. Clien\u0163ii sau deja bine-cunoscu\u0163ii apropia\u0163i ai shop-ului sunt oameni frumo\u015fi, oameni care de fiecare dat\u0103 revin \u015fi m\u0103\/ne motiveaz\u0103 s\u0103 le mai povestim c\u00e2te ceva despre cafelele din acel moment de pe raft sau de pe m\u0103cin\u0103toare.\u201d \u00cen cafenea, materialele sunt reciclate, iar paharele sunt din materiale biodegradabile \u015fi compostabile, aceasta fiind de mult o preocupare a antreprenorului. La fel ca preocuparea pentru designul interior.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe profesie inginer constructor, C\u0103t\u0103lin Iliescu a avut mereu ca alia\u0163i calculele \u015fi precizia, astfel c\u0103, v\u0103z\u00e2nd tot felul de \u00eenc\u0103peri, spa\u0163ii mai mult sau mai pu\u0163in amenajate, \u015fi-a dat seama c\u0103 se poate ocupa singur de amenajarea interioar\u0103 a cafenelei sale. A\u015fa c\u0103 acolo se g\u0103sesc azi elemente proiectate \u015fi montate chiar de el, \u00eens\u0103 nu s-a concentrat foarte mult pe asta, deoarece conceptul cafenelei, dup\u0103 cum o sugereaz\u0103 \u015fi numele, este ca cei care cump\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 plece mai departe s\u0103 savureze cafeaua la pas prin cartier, \u00een drum spre serviciu sau spre cas\u0103. \u201eDac\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 \u00ee\u0163i dore\u015fti s\u0103 stai s\u0103 savurezi cafeaua \u00een shop \u015fi s\u0103 mai st\u0103m la o poveste, e\u015fti bine primit.<\/p>\n<p>\nAvem c\u00e2teva pove\u015fti din lumea cafelei pe care le putem \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015fi oric\u00e2nd \u00een zi.\u201d Pe viitor, C\u0103t\u0103lin ar vrea s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 \u015fi locuitorii altor cartiere din Capital\u0103, tot prin intermediul unor cafenele ale sale, dar acesta este un plan la care \u00eenc\u0103 lucreaz\u0103. \u201e\u00centr-o lume at\u00e2t de aglomerat\u0103 cu de toate, peste tot, cred c\u0103 una dintre chei pentru a avea succes este nivelul corect de calitate \u00een raport cu pre\u0163ul afi\u015fat.
