{"id":208475,"date":"2022-09-19T18:00:27","date_gmt":"2022-09-19T18:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=208475"},"modified":"2022-09-19T18:00:27","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T18:00:27","slug":"restaurant-din-sectorul-5-inchis-de-anpc-mizerie-ustensile-vechi-ruginite-si-produse-stricate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bm.dev.synology.me\/?p=208475","title":{"rendered":"Restaurant din Sectorul 5, \u00eenchis de ANPC: mizerie, ustensile vechi, ruginite \u015fi produse stricate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nPotrivit ANPC, alerta a venit pe o re\u0163ea de socializare.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201eCmisarii ANPC au realizat o verificare a Restaurantului Excellence, din sectoul 5 al Capitalei, administrat de operatorul economic Selenium Expres Service SRL. \u00cen urma acestei ac\u0163iuni, echipa de control a constatat c\u0103 operatorul presteaz\u0103 servicii de alimentatie public\u0103 care pot pune \u00een pericol via\u0163a, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u015fi interesele economice ale consumatorilor\u201d, transmite ANPC, luni, \u00eentr-un comunicat de pres\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nComisari au constatat c\u0103 erau folosite materii prime, semiprepararte \u015fi preparate finite f\u0103r\u0103 elemente de identificare \u015fi caracterizare \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 data limit\u0103 de consum, pentru a se putea stabili conformitatea acestora, nu era respectat regimul de temperatur\u0103 al produselor, respectiv preparate finite calde depozitate \u00een spa\u0163iul frigorific, fa\u0163\u0103 de minimum + 60 grade C, c\u00e2t ar fi fost conform reglement\u0103rilor. Spa\u0163iile frigorifice erau neigienizate, cu zone ruginite, mucegai si chedere rupte. De asemenea, erau folosite t\u0103vi de copt degradate, ustensile de buc\u0103tarie neprofesionale cu grad ridicat de uzur\u0103, bure\u0163i de s\u00e2rm\u0103 pentru cur\u0103\u0163at vase, iar colectarea reziduurilor se f\u0103cea \u00een recipiente tip pubele f\u0103r\u0103 capac \u015fi ac\u0163ionare la picior. Comisarii au constatat \u015fi schimbarea st\u0103rii termice a produselor, folosirea unor legume cu modific\u0103ri organoleptice de aspect consisten\u0163\u0103 \u015fi culoare, dar \u015fi depozitarea produselor alimentare direct pe paviment. \u00cen plus, gr\u0103tarul folost era total neigenizat, cu arsuri masive \u015fi depozite de resturi alimentare. Nu erau respectate vecin\u0103t\u0103\u0163ile \u00een spa\u0163iul frigorific (ou\u0103 neigenizate l\u00e2ng\u0103 preparate semipreparate din carne), lipseau plasele pentru insecte \u015fi nu erau indica\u0163i \u00een listele meniu alergenii \u015fi a produsele realizate din materii prime congelate.
