A\u015fa a \u00eenceput cariera multora dintre voi\/noi, doar anul este diferit. To\u0163i ace\u015ftia au format clasa de corporati\u015fti din Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cen 2018 Ioana Filip a plecat din \u0163ar\u0103 ca expat la BBDO Chicago, unde a preluat pozi\u0163ia de executive creative director, una dintre cele mai bune \u015fi cele mai r\u00e2vnite pozi\u0163ii din industria de publicitate. Dup\u0103 patru ani, anul acesta \u00een august a revenit \u00een Europa, la Londra, la agen\u0163ia MRM.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen num\u0103rul de acum dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni din <em>Business MAGAZIN<\/em> a\u0163i citit povestea ei. La <em>Business MAGAZIN<\/em> ne-am propus s\u0103 g\u0103sim \u015fi s\u0103 aducem \u00eei \u00een prim-plan pe executivii rom\u00e2ni care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een afar\u0103 \u00een pozi\u0163ii de top, de expa\u0163i. Pentru c\u0103 nu avem \u00een afar\u0103 la munc\u0103 numai c\u0103p\u015funari, chelneri, buc\u0103tari, femei de serviciu, uberi\u015fti, badante etc., care sunt considerate slujbe\/pozi\u0163ii inferioare \u015fi sunt luate \u00een der\u00e2dere. Dup\u0103 \u201990, c\u00e2nd au venit \u00een Rom\u00e2nia expa\u0163ii, adic\u0103 directorii str\u0103ini care erau la conducerea multina\u0163ionalelor sau preluau managementul companiilor rom\u00e2ne\u015fti privatizate, am \u00eenceput s\u0103 facem \u201estatui\u201d. \u015ei era normal, pentru c\u0103 ace\u015ftia aduceau capitalismul, \u00een forma lui practic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen timp ce directorii rom\u00e2nii erau buni pe partea tehnic\u0103, expa\u0163ii au venit cu o mai bun\u0103 organizare, cu tehnici de v\u00e2nzare, cu pie\u0163e de desfacere, cu marketing \u015fi, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, cu valuta pe care economia Rom\u00e2niei nu o avea. \u00cen timp, prima genera\u0163ie de corporati\u015fti rom\u00e2ni a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163at ce f\u0103ceau expa\u0163ii (o parte dintre ei rom\u00e2niz\u00e2ndu-se foarte rapid), devenind chiar mai buni dec\u00e2t ei, ceea ce le-a permis s\u0103 accead\u0103 la pozi\u0163ii de top.&nbsp; Dac\u0103 \u00een anii \u201990 niciun rom\u00e2n dintr-o multina\u0163ional\u0103 nu se g\u00e2ndea c\u0103 poate lua locul expa\u0163ilor din Rom\u00e2nia, dup\u0103 aniii 2000 lucrurile s-au schimbat. Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce au trecut anii, multina\u0163ionalele au \u00eenceput s\u0103 recruteze pentru re\u0163eaua extern\u0103 \u015fi executivi din Rom\u00e2nia, ceea ce a deschis o nou\u0103 pia\u0163\u0103 de resurse umane, la care pu\u0163ini visau. C\u00e2nd erai student la c\u0103minele din Bucure\u015fti, Cluj, Timi\u015foara, Bra\u015fov, Ia\u015fi, sigur nu te g\u00e2ndeai c\u0103 peste 10 ani s-ar putea s\u0103 po\u0163i s\u0103 lucrezi la Viena, la Paris, la New York, la Londra sau Bruxelles pentru o multina\u0163ional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00centotdeauna cultura noastr\u0103 se uit\u0103 cu respect la str\u0103ini, ace\u015ftia fiind mult mai bine asculta\u0163i atunci c\u00e2nd preiau pozi\u0163ii \u00een Rom\u00e2nia dec\u00e2t directorii rom\u00e2ni. Dar dup\u0103 primele contacte, mul\u0163i realizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 expa\u0163ii nu sunt at\u00e2t de diferi\u0163i precum sunt percepu\u0163i \u015fi, cu pu\u0163in noroc \u015fi cu o competitivitate mai ridicat\u0103, po\u0163i s\u0103 faci acelea\u015fi lucruri pe care le fac \u015fi ei. Acum, a prelua o pozi\u0163ie exten\u0103 \u00eentr-o multina\u0163ional\u0103 \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi-ntr-un alt ora\u015f devine ceva obi\u015fnuit, iar acest parcurs nu mai este v\u0103zut ca o excep\u0163ie, ci ca o normalitate. \u00cen ultimii ani am g\u0103sit din ce \u00een ce mai multe exemple de rom\u00e2ni care au reu\u015fit \u00een afar\u0103, \u00eentr-un mediu global mult mai competitiv, m\u0103car prin prisma celor care se bat pentru o anumit\u0103 pozi\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>\nAcum c\u0103 am descoperit c\u0103 rom\u00e2nii sunt la fel ca str\u0103inii, poate chiar mai competitivi, mai urmeaz\u0103 ca \u015fi companiile antreprenoriale rom\u00e2ne\u015fti s\u0103-i descopere pentru pozi\u0163iile din \u0163ar\u0103. Ioana Filip spune c\u0103 \u00een acest moment \u201epia\u0163a din Rom\u00e2nia nu poate concepe angajarea unui rom\u00e2n cu experien\u0163\u0103 global\u0103 cu beneficii de expat. Doar str\u0103inii, chiar cu experien\u0163\u0103 mai pu\u0163in\u0103, se bucur\u0103 de aceste beneficii\u201d.
