Invitat\u0103 a fost C\u0103t\u0103lina Dodu, CEO \u015fi country manager la Atos, o companie interna\u0163ional\u0103 de software cu 3.200 de angaja\u0163i \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi afaceri de 130 de milioane de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\nC\u0103t\u0103lina Dodu a venit \u00een 1994 \u00een Bucure\u015fti, la Facultatea de Cibernetic\u0103 din cadrul ASE. \u00cen 1999, c\u00e2nd a terminat, trebuia s\u0103 fac\u0103 orice ca s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u015fti, \u201enu puteam\/nu voiam s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eentorc acas\u0103, nu aveam alt\u0103 alternativ\u0103, trebuia s\u0103 reu\u015fesc\u201d. A\u015fa c\u0103 a luat primul job care s-a ivit \u2013 un administrator de baze de date la un distribuitor auto. Dup\u0103 un an, s-a dus la Bitdefender, ca junior software developer, iar dup\u0103 \u015fapte ani s-a dus la Atos.<\/p>\n<p>\nCariera ei este reprezentativ\u0103 pentru mul\u0163i din genera\u0163ia anilor \u201990 \u015fi \u00eenceputul anilor 2000 \u2013 venirea \u00een Bucure\u015fti, Cluj, Ia\u015fi, Timi\u015foara dintr-un ora\u015f din provincie, cu inten\u0163ia clar\u0103 ca dup\u0103 terminarea \u015fcolii s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 acolo. Nimeni nu voia s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 acas\u0103. Mai ales \u00een anii \u201990, o perioad\u0103 extrem de cenu\u015fie. A\u015fa c\u0103 cei mai mul\u0163i au \u00eenceput s\u0103 lucreze \u00eenc\u0103 din timpul facult\u0103\u0163ii (eu sunt exemplul cel mai bun \u2013 n.red.), \u00een ideea ca dup\u0103 terminarea \u015fcolii s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 aici, \u00een Bucure\u015fti, unde oportunit\u0103\u0163ile erau mult mai multe, unde salariile erau mai mari, unde via\u0163a social\u0103, a\u015fa cum era ea atunci, era mult mai bun\u0103. Acea genera\u0163ie a fost caracterizat\u0103 printr-o ambi\u0163ie \u015fi o determinare feroce, printr-o munc\u0103 dus\u0103 la extrem pentru a nu ajunge \u00een situa\u0163ia de a te \u00eentoarce acas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\nApari\u0163ia investi\u0163iilor str\u0103ine \u015fi a multina\u0163ionalelor, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu finalul anilor \u201990, a schimbat enorm peisajul pie\u0163ei muncii, mai ales c\u0103 acolo totul era nou, know how-ul era altul, iar meritocra\u0163ia \u00eencepea s\u0103-\u015fi fac\u0103 loc. A fost o \u015fans\u0103 extraordinar\u0103 pentru genera\u0163ia anilor \u201990, care a \u00eenceput s\u0103 munceasc\u0103 din timpul facult\u0103\u0163ii, s\u0103 intre \u00eentr-un alt sistem, occidental \u015fi mai ales s\u0103 ard\u0103 etapele. Mul\u0163i au devenit \u015fefi de foarte tineri, pentru c\u0103 multina\u0163ionalele \u015fi chiar companiile rom\u00e2ne\u015fti private nu aveau pe cine s\u0103 pun\u0103. Nu voiau s\u0103 lucreze cu o genera\u0163ie care \u00eencepuse s\u0103 lucreze \u00een comunism \u015fi care era greu de reformat. Genera\u0163ia anilor \u201990 a reu\u015fit extrem de rapid s\u0103-\u015fi fac\u0103 loc \u00een organigram\u0103 \u015fi chiar s\u0103 preia locul expa\u0163ilor. Rezultatele au fost peste a\u015ftept\u0103rile multina\u0163ionalelor \u015fi de aceea Rom\u00e2nia a c\u00e2\u015ftigat teren \u00een atragerea de investi\u0163ii, \u00een recrutarea de for\u0163\u0103 de munc\u0103, \u00een ob\u0163inerea de proiecte externe.<\/p>\n<p>\nOdat\u0103 cu trecerea anilor, chiar a deceniilor, determinarea \u015fi ambi\u0163ia genera\u0163iei anilor \u201990 nu au putut fi copiate \u00een acela\u015fi mod&nbsp; de noile genera\u0163ii. Salariile au crescut, dar, odat\u0103 cu cre\u015fterea nivelului de trai, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 se instaureze un anumit gen de burghezie, care este o stare normal\u0103. C\u0103t\u0103lina Dodu \u00ee\u015fi aminte\u015fte c\u0103 la \u00eenceput avea un salariu de 200 de dolari pe lun\u0103, din care 70-80 de dolari era o chirie \u00een Bucure\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\nAcum, \u201enoile genera\u0163ii de pe pia\u0163a muncii cer salarii de 800-1.000 de euro la angajare, dar CV-urile lor sunt pline de gre\u015feli gramaticale\u201d a spus \u00eentr-o discu\u0163ie cu ZF Ionela Costic\u0103, decanul Facult\u0103\u0163ii de Finan\u0163e, Asigur\u0103ri, B\u0103nci \u015fi Burse de Valori din cadrul ASE Bucure\u015fti. \u201eAm avut ocazia s\u0103 primesc o tez\u0103 scris\u0103 \u00een limbajul Messenger, nu este de r\u00e2s, ca s\u0103 \u015ftii s\u0103 scrii \u015fi s\u0103 vorbe\u015fti corect limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 mai \u015fi cite\u015fti\u201d. Bine\u00een\u0163eles c\u0103 timpurile nu sunt acelea\u015fi, \u00een 1999-2000 PIB-ul Rom\u00e2niei era de 40 de miliarde de euro, iar un salariu mediu era de 150 de euro, iar acum PIB-ul este de 240 de miliarde de euro, iar un salariu mediu este de 700 de euro. Ceea ce se constat\u0103 este c\u0103 noua genera\u0163ie, nefiind fl\u0103m\u00e2nd\u0103, nu are dorin\u0163a, determinarea \u015fi ambi\u0163ia de a face lucruri, de a ob\u0163ine rezultate aproape cu orice pre\u0163. Iar acest lucru se vede, \u00een special \u00een companiile antreprenoriale rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, care \u00een e\u015falonul doi \u015fi la v\u00e2rf au g\u0103uri mari de oameni care s\u0103 duc\u0103 lucrurile \u00eenainte. Plus c\u0103 patronii rom\u00e2ni \u00eenc\u0103 nu au reu\u015fit s\u0103 fac\u0103 trecerea de la o afacere proprie la un business corporatizat, cu o organigram\u0103 clar\u0103, care s\u0103 nu depind\u0103 de ei.<\/p>\n<p>\nDac\u0103 genera\u0163ia anilor \u201990 nu avea alternativ\u0103 \u2013 nici la Bucure\u015fti \u015fi nici de job \u2013, acum noua genera\u0163ie nu \u015ftie ce s\u0103 aleag\u0103, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere ofertele din pia\u0163\u0103. Multe businessuri merg din iner\u0163ie, prin simplul fapt c\u0103 sunt \u00een pia\u0163\u0103. Nu mai exist\u0103 o presiune at\u00e2t de mare pe rezultate, plus c\u0103 noua genera\u0163ie prive\u015fte lumea \u00eentr-un mod mai degrab\u0103 capitalist-socialist dec\u00e2t capitalist.
